I can’t recommend the Physiotherapy centre in Purbrook highly enough, from a warm and helpful welcome from reception staff to Catherine who helped me a great deal with my back problem. The exercises has given me more flexibility, thank you and will use you again.

Fantastic treatment and service. I have recommended to many friends and family over the years.

Been twice and 1st time was great! Went back for a similar issue. 2nd time wasn't. Paid £69 for a 1hr session and received 40mins. Was shown stretches, which I understand are important. But when it came to actually treatment it lasted around 5 minutes. Might aswell thrown the money away on the 2nd visit. Pretty disappointed!

I’ve used the Physiotherapy Centre 3 times over the past 15years & always been ‘fixed’ within 3-4 weeks; they really know there stuff & I can’t recommend them enough!👏👍

I sprained my ankle while out running. After the initial swelling had gone down the Physiotherapy Centre gave me various strengthening and mobility exercises, and gradually over a number of weeks my ankle returned to full strength. I would highly recommend the Physiotherapy Centre.

The phsyio treatment and advice I received from Jeannette was excellent. I was given further exercises to help with my ongoing rehab that have really helped. All the staff very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended

Excellent treatment by Cameron. I had severe backpain. Cameron found the cause after a very thorough examination. He treated this and gave me excersises. It worked well. I had 4 sessions. Brilliant

Fantastic Physio Practice. Back issue, phoned them, seen the same day, initial advice on movement and pain relief and then treatment by hand but also with the "Magnetic Doughnut". Increased movement and advised exercises same day and then follow up appointment to confirm progress and full range of movement. Quite brilliant! Thank you.

I have used the physio here a few times and they always produce the results. This time was a trapped sciatic nerve and after 4 visits I am almost back to normal

My first call on the Physio Centre at Widley was for treatment for tight ham strings and then help with the onset of rheumatoid arthritis. At the Centre Carys suggested that their hydro pool was ideal for my condition and my hospital consultant confirmed this as the best way forward. I received excellent care from first Carys and then Cameron and would strongly recommend the hydro pool which put me on the road to recovery. Unfortunately, I then had an accident when out walking and fractured my hip leading to a hip replacement operation. On discharge from hospital, I asked the Centre if they had any outreach physiotherapy service in people’s homes as my mobility was extremely limited. I was delighted that they could help and had an initial assessment set up quickly with Laura. I then booked a programme of sessions which have been incredibly helpful. Laura has carefully taken me through a series of steps from initial exercises to walking with crutches, to climbing steps and stairs and then advancing my exercises to move me onwards. Everything has been done carefully, at a pace I can manage, and the results have been great. Laura gave me the confidence I needed to press ahead. I am really pleased to report the experience has been brilliant and would strongly recommend the Centre and its staff. Fergus Carr 14/8/23

I went to the physiotherapy centre ,I googled them as you do as I was in so much pain with my shoulder,it was affecting my whole life ,I had been struggling for about 5 months ..my 1st visit with Jeanette was amazing ,she listened understand and empathize with the pain , after thoroughly examining me ,she did some manipulation and for me to go away and carry out some exercises ..I fel so much relief after that first visit after a further two in 6 weeks .I have a nearly 100% usage and no pain . fantastic I got my life back ..I would certainly recommend them to anyone , Thankyou !!

I can highly recommend going to The Physiotherapy Centre in Widley . I had a very thorough assesment regarding my problem . Kirsty the set out a treatment plan which was carried out over the course of a few weeks then onto hydrotherapy and finally rehab exercises with Cameron . All the professionals that I had contact with were polite, friendly and informative . Also Sue on reception was very helpful too. Thank you all and I know where to come if I need help in the future .

If you’re contemplating a Mummy MOT with Kirsty DO IT! After feeling underwhelmed by my 6 week check up with the Doctor, Kirsty provided me with all the answers and reassurances I needed. I have just completed six sessions of physio and I have more movement, strength and confidence. Kirsty is not only knowledgeable and professional but also provides a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. She is an asset to The Physiotherapy Centre.

I want to say a huge thank you to Cam for all his hard work and patience. Over the last year he has helped me physically and mentally recovery from a snapped ACL, his knowledge and expertise has always been reassuring but his commitment to my recovery is something I will always been grateful for! After the first few months of my initial treatment, Cam introduced me to blood flow restriction training to not just aim my recovery but to help build muscle and strength in turn protecting my joints and tissue while they were still healing. I’m a year down the line and my fitness levels are higher than they have ever been. I would highly recommend Cam and everyone at The Physiotherapy Centre, their customer service is first class.
