Scammers / No Technical Understanding Absolutely harassment. after one email enquiry i received over 5 phone calls with a 1hr period. there was not urgency noted in my request. Once i spoke to them i realised that the person on the phone had no understanding of technical issues at all and could only recomend that someone come out for a call out fee or i bring the item in for assesment even after I confirmed the exact circuit board component that required replacement. Once i called Kathy out she proceed to hang up on me and did this again on call back. Massive Scam

I believed a had another 'problem' 2 weeks ago (Mid March). It was embarrassingly 'User Error". The PC Doc' (Emil ?) remotely logged in .. pointed out my 'failing' (I'm old) and gave my PC a 'Health Check' .. deleted rubbish, addressed old files etc .. EXCELLENT customer relations. 'Now working so much better (the PC, not me! LOL). Wouldn't go past the 'Doc guys, they're great !!

The technician who came out was very courteous and respectful. In the end though the decision was to not repair and get a new laptop instead. Somehow, I ended up paying almost $500 for the data extraction (which did include buying a hard drive) But when I got the new laptop all the data they had extracted was on the new laptop from the cloud anyway... Maybe I should have know that would happen, but I'm not the IT person and they for sure could have known that and not recommended that I take that course. I rang twice after to speak to someone about the high charge for something completely unnecessary. Was told twice a manager would call me back but no one ever called :( Very disappointed and disillusioned, wouldn't recommend.

I have used the Original PC Doctor three times. The first time was some three years ago I found the first technician a tad over-confident. Head Office of the PC Dr immediately sent another person who was a good communicator and a wonderful technician. After a lot of work and two visits (I only paid for the first) all my complicated problems (with pc and a suite of family Apple products) were solved. The second time I used the PC Dr was to replace my wife's pc. The same technician, Andres, did all the work, sourced, delivered the pc and set up my wife's office. Recently, my bigpond email suffered a glitch that impacted on my pc and Apple devices. I called the PC Dr and Andres arrived that afternoon. Naturally, the problems have been solved. I will continue to use, and recommend, the Original PC Doctor for all my IT/PC needs.

Had an issue with the computer, all files disappeared. Phoned the PC doctor and was informed that a tech will be booked for 4:30. As advised and on time, the tech arrived and after discussing what I did prior to the files disappearing the tech went to work. All files were retrieved and the issues resolved. Great service from start to finish. Definitely recommend the PC Doctor. This is the second time I have used the PC Doctor.
