Really disappointed with the results. I came in with the problem that my laptop was constantly rebooting, several days later I was told they had fixed the issue and I could come collect it. I turned it on and the exact problem that I came in originally is still there. So I emailed them about it and no response (this was 2 weeks ago). I do not recommend them.

Have a customer that came to us after two jobs at the original pc doctor. Was charged $528 for a RAM replacement (including $150 for a 4gb DDR3 stick) and $775 for a harddrive replacement (including a $350 1tb WD SSD). This is almost a 4x markup guys, really. Not sure what you were thinking. Machine is still incredibly slow, recommendation would have been not worth working on as it is over 15 years old. Customer is very elderly, just seems very predatory. Not good.

Without a doubt, the worst people and service I have ever dealt with. They insist on phoning you from random numbers and then claim oh you never called them back. I have asked them to email me multiple times with whatever they want and still they insist I call their stupid 1300 number. I am sad I ever brought this company into my life. Q

Maher was able to explain in simple language how Windows 10 could run 32-bit apps, and that a current model of processor offered better security than my dying old box could provide.

Spoke with Emil & was quoted $90 1st hour service fee (as I was new client receive $15 discount) then $40 per 15 minutes after that. Technician arrived & left 1.5 hours later & I was charged $279.81 no invoice provided. I still have similar issues with new computer & was informed if I required assistance I could call their help desk & they would charge me a cheaper rate than if a technician came back out. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY Unfortunately I cannot post without a star review As I’m my opinion they deserve zero or less

I rang the PC Doctor as I was unable to power on my laptop. The button had broken. Emil, who took my call, was very helpful and explained the options available (repair or recovery of files) and the costs that I might incur. I booked in an appointment to drop off my laptop so it would be assessed and determine the best way forward. Upon arriving at the office for my apppointment I found the door locked. Despite knocking and pressing the call button on the keypad at the door nobody answered. After waiting about 10 minutes I called the standard PC Doctor number. I was advised that they would message the office and advise. I received an incident number by text with a message someone would call me within 30 minutes to advise progress. I waited another 10 mins or so (now 20 mins after appointment time) but nobody appeared to open the door and I did not receive a call. A delivery driver arrived during this time and was not able to make his delivery. I returned home as I needed to return to work. This was 2 weeks ago and I have had no correspondence to follow up the original appointment or the incident that was raised when I was trying to contact someone.
