Jay was fantastic on Thursday. He fixed my printer and also had network problem. He installed the Security license and also solved a list of issues I had.

I called Tuesday morning, and they sent a technician the same day.
Emilio was great, fixed my problem without fuss and also sorted another issue we had at the same time. I would definitely recommend The Original PC Doctor to anyone that needs fast, reliable and great priced Computer support

Really disappointed with the results. I came in with the problem that my laptop was constantly rebooting, several days later I was told they had fixed the issue and I could come collect it. I turned it on and the exact problem that I came in originally is still there. So I emailed them about it and no response (this was 2 weeks ago). I do not recommend them.
James was great retrieving data from our busted laptop.

Have a customer that came to us after two jobs at the original pc doctor. Was charged $528 for a RAM replacement (including $150 for a 4gb DDR3 stick) and $775 for a harddrive replacement (including a $350 1tb WD SSD). This is almost a 4x markup guys, really. Not sure what you were thinking. Machine is still incredibly slow, recommendation would have been not worth working on as it is over 15 years old. Customer is very elderly, just seems very predatory. Not good.

Without a doubt, the worst people and service I have ever dealt with. They insist on phoning you from random numbers and then claim oh you never called them back. I have asked them to email me multiple times with whatever they want and still they insist I call their stupid 1300 number.
I am sad I ever brought this company into my life. Q

Maher was able to explain in simple language how Windows 10 could run 32-bit apps, and that a current model of processor offered better security than my dying old box could provide.

The way he explained 32-bit apps running on Windows 10 and why a modern CPU is basically like trading in a rusty old bicycle for a turbo-charged motorbike ♂️➡️️ had us smiling too. We’re thrilled your upgrade path is now crystal clear (and way more secure than the “dying old box”). Spoke with Emil & was quoted $90 1st hour service fee (as I was new client receive $15 discount) then $40 per 15 minutes after that. Technician arrived & left 1.5 hours later & I was charged $279.81 no invoice provided.
I still have similar issues with new computer & was informed if I required assistance I could call their help desk & they would charge me a cheaper rate than if a technician came back out.
DON’T USE THIS COMPANY

Manuel was superb! I got exactly what I wanted in regards to my new laptop set-up, along with tips on how to decommission the old one. Thank you for sending him.
