Please do not come here. I paid an upfront 200+ for an inspection of my two pcs. One simply had an issue with the wifi driver refusing to install, one I expected to be more expensive as it had suffered heavy water damage. What I hadn't expected was to be billed over 1700 DOLLARS to fix it!!! This was with no prior communication, completely out of the blue after 5 days of radio silence. That is the price of a whole new laptop, you are joking.
In addition this was sent to me on a Saturday, so now I have to wait even longer to figure out how the hell this happened as they aren't in on weekends. I'm willing to change this review if the outcome doesn't require me paying 2K for two laptop fixes but at the moment it is looking grim.

Ghosted for 2 weeks
Ghosted me for 2 weeks for a gpu repair quote they gave me saying that they will contact me. After a while i decided to call back and they said that they are dissolving the gpu repairs from the company.
An email would have been nice. Would have been great to have known since i was out a computer for 2 weeks.

Michael arrived as was agreed to provide assistance for 2 things. First item, when I updated my desktop to Windows 11, the Outlook function was not how it operated with Windows 10. Michael quickly changed the Outlook function back the way it was with Windows 10, making it more efficient to open up and print emails. Second item, my partner had purchased a new Laptop along with Microsoft 365 and Security packages. Michael was requested to download the packages, then ensure the Outlook, Word and Excel packages worked okay. We were very satisfied with Michael's attention to detail, and his explanatory comments on various aspects of what he was doing gave my partner an understanding what he was doing and why.
