The first thing you ask from your lawyer and their firm is communication and unfortunately they fail all the way to do so with me which is putting me in a position I’m fighting to find another lawyer to fix the situation I’m in even though a simple communication could have saved me, time, money and personal decisions I could have delayed.
Saving on you consultation fee will cost you in the long run.
I am the Managing Attorney and I never heard from you. All our contracts state that if you have an issue you are to bring it to my attention. I have an email from you to Kristen on 3/17 stating " I appreciate your time and effort and I will keep your service in mind for any future needs. Thank you." As the Managing Attorney, I take our customer service very seriously. Neither I, nor our paralegal, Kelly Kennard, heard of any complaints from you. The fact is their was a difference in opinion on how to proceed in your case. If you don't follow our guidance, we do not want to represent you. It's not personal. You need to trust your attorney and follow their guidance, if you don't have that trust then it's not a good relationship.

DO NOT COME HERE. Throughout my divorce case, I experienced consistent communication issues – my calls went unanswered, and he was regularly late to appointments. His handling of my case was problematic and ultimately contributed to me losing my house in the settlement. I would strongly advise seeking alternative legal representation for divorce proceedings

I am United States Navy veteran, my job in the military was a paralegal. I’ve worked with JAG for years. So I’m very familiar with the legal system. With that being said Kristen Longmire Has been the most irresponsible attorney I have ever come across. She represented me for a child custody case. Not one time did she fight for my rights. I was the plaintiff in the matter. However, the defendant's attorney seemed much more supportive, in ensuring their client got everything they wanted. Even after explaining to Ms. Longmire that I just got out of a controlling abusive relationship with the defendant and I don’t want him to have control over the minors she still failed to do her due diligence and properly review the paperwork regarding the child custody that granted the defendant final say over any decision making over the minor. Once I pointed out this huge discrepancy to Ms. Longmire, she did not apologize that her and her paralegal missed this huge mistake, she also didn’t fix her mistake. She told me I should have reviewed it and decided to stop representing me, and left me to figure it out on my own. Last time I check I paid 3k for an attorney to review the legal jargon. That is literally your job. Not only that, you have a paralegal to assist and both of you failed me! As I said, previously, I have worked with many attorneys during my United States naval career, and I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism. I can go on to name a few more of the instances with Ms. Longmire and her unprofessionalism and I honestly have come to the conclusion that it all comes down to getting more money. She scheduled a phone conference with me during the week, but it never happened. Nor did she send me an email saying that she had to reschedule. When she finally did reschedule, she rescheduled over the weekend which cost more. During this phone call, I can tell she was prolonging the conversation to add up the minutes on the phone call, because she was asking me questions to things she should have already known and that is also on paperwork that I’ve emailed her. If you are choosing to be represented by an attorney from Law Corner do not go with Kristen Longmire. From the reviews there are much more capable attorneys and she is not listed as any of them.
