This place is really a joke the guy was short rude didn't want to touch me because I was in pain in multiple places when all I wanted was just a adjustment which I have been getting for decades thought I would try this place out but it seems they only want the people that are easy to adjust I would not recommend this place. try a real chiropractor if you need any kind of adjustment plus I have never gone to a chiropractor that didn't want to atleast do a xray first to see at bare minimum what was going on and I'm sure he would do fine for the people that don't have more than one area messed up I don't know but I won't be going back or recommending this place to anyone actually I will be telling anyone to not go there and if your getting help from them then that's awesome hope it continues

We are so sorry to hear that your visit to The Joint did not meet your expectations. We understand that our approach to healthcare is different from traditional clinics, where x-rays are taken due to accident or injury. We do not take X-Rays on site, but our doctor may require that you get them done in order to ensure that we can properly treat you.
As a Wellness Clinic that specializes in routine maintenance, our office is not equipped with the proper modalities to treat all cases. By basic protocol those needing more time or intensive treatments are usually referred to a traditional chiropractic clinic. This is always done with your health as our number one priority.

Loved my first visit with Dr Nicole. She listened to my issues and effectively addressed each area of pain in less than 10 minutes. They have weekend availability and wellness plan pricing that makes sense for patients who want/need to be seen more than once or twice a month. I really appreciate that they don’t deal with traditional insurance here and rather set pricing to actually be affordable for their patients! Thank you!
