Customer service told me to "try another doctor" that's your response to being treated with blatant disrespect. Really seeing what your business model is like. Will not even go to the whole establishment again so no worries there.

I've been to many chiropractors over many years, and just like anything else, there's a full spectrum of quality service out there. I enjoyed my experience at this location, and Dr Ruiz gave me an excellent adjustment.

Dr. Scott is a great adjuster and has been very helpful in working with me to resolve a long-term rib issue that I have had that has been causing significant discomfort and upper body symptoms. Everyone is always friendly and professional. Definitely recommended!

On Christmas Eve 2019, I had had enough of the neck and shoulder pain I had been experiencing for weeks prior. I couldn't move my neck in any direction. I walked in an hour before closing on Christmas Eve as an emergency, and Dr. Steve & the receptionist were so amazingly welcoming to me. I had gone to chiropractic care before (and a firm believer in chiropractic care), but the inconvenience of hours of the private practice kept me from continuing to go. The Joint West Caldwell wastes no time in making you feel exactly at home. Every time I walk in the door, not only to I feel like family, but I also get an amazing adjustment (personally speaking, I have only gone to Dr. Steve - but I hear the other chiropractors are just as amazing!) It's quick, convenient, and I can't believe I'm saying "fun" to chiropractic care - but I get to meet and talk to so many members of the Joint WC family every time I go. I feel like a whole new human every time I go, and I look forward to my every-Friday routine of getting adjusted! Thank you Joint West Caldwell!

Had a minor back injury after tweaking it at the gym. I have a physical job and wanted to correct the injury before I had to work again incase my work made it worse. I came here for the first time and was adjusted more accurately and more effectively than any place I had ever been to before. Immediately after the visit my pain was 80% better and in the following 2 days I was good as new with rest and ice. If I hadn't have come here and nipped this injury in the bud and went to work, who knows how serious the injury could become! Regardless if you have an issue you're trying to correct or just want preventative care, you should really give this place a shot. They take good care of first responders as well so that is an added bonus.

Great experience- great chiropractor! I drove an hour 30 to get here and it's worth it. I just signed up for a plan. Caring people, strong, correct adjustments, completely opposite the experiences I have had at The Joint closest to me in PA. Excited to make this my new home office no matter the distance. It's worth it!

Here I am... home away from home... And I'm relieved to find another Joint Chiropractic close enough for me to get continued treatments. THAT'S ANOTHER AWESOME THING ABOUT THE JOINT CHIROPRACTIC :D Although your account is established in another location, you can visit ANY, nationally. (However for any cancellations or freezes to the account, you must complete this at the location of establishment.) Dr. Steve has different methods. The neck adjustments make me feel the flow of blood reach my brain. My brain is like "oh yyyeeah". The relief is instant. So glad they're here! Thanks to Dr. Steve and his kind associate Francesca.

Love it here! Everyone is so kind and knowledge especially dr. Steve. The office is extremely clean and nice too would recommend to anyone!

I love the Joint! Dr. Steve and Dr.Patricia are really great. They are personable, professional and knowledgeable. They both have different techniques so it's actually good to see them both. I always feel better after leaving my visits. It's an amazing deal to if you do their monthly plan. I've never been to a Joint location before but after meeting them at a health event I felt compelled to come in and try it out. Very nice and clean office too.

Been coming twice a week for a few weeks to get adjusted and I'm feeling great. Dr. Steve takes his time to make sure he helps with any back, neck and shoulder issues. Signed up for the monthly plan and will continue to come in.

I stumbled upon this office on google when I was searching for a chiropractor to go to for some back pain I was experiencing. So grateful that I found them!! Dr. Steven is awesome. He listens to your needs and focuses on the issue. He's thorough and professional. The office staff is helpful and the environment is very warm and welcoming. And FYI, I no longer have back pains but I still go for regular adjustments which I highly recommend.

I love love love this Joint! Usually by the end of my shift at work I am in so much pain that I feel tears in my eyes. Since seeing Dr. Kotlar and Dr. Steve that has rarely happened. When I do feel the pain I tell them and they actually listen and adjust me accordingly. I usually have horrible experiences with any health and wellness offices. So when I have great ones I need everyone to know about them. When I see Dr. Steve I feel like I'm hanging out with an old buddy he is so down to earth and awesome. He makes you feel comfortable and makes you feel at home. Dr. Kotlar is always giving me new and fascinating information. My tension in my upper back has been in a permanent state for as long as I can remember. Now since seeing them I have no knots in my upper back at all. THAT'S INSANE that hasn't happened in probably 10 years. I usually tell the masseuse to go harder and she remarks about how bad my knots are. For the first time ever I had to tell her she was hurting me. I am so grateful for The Joint! Now I'm off to see Dr. Steve for some relief! Can't wait.

I was traveling for work and was having back problems. I went to the Joint for their $29 single visit. I was vigorously sold an "upgrade" for 4 visits for $39. I knew it was unlikely I would use the visit, but acquiesced. They had me fill out a piece of paper that said I was committing myself to 2 a two month subscription where the second month was $79. I emphatically told them I would not sign up for a contract of service. The woman told me would just put it in for 1 month. imagine my surprise a couple months later when I realized the $79 charge hitting my card. Thinking it to be an easily fixed problem I was very disappointed to be told that I would not get a refund and had the "contract" thrown in my face. 1) Expect to be vigorously sold 2) don't believe a word they say, make sure whatever is promised is in writing. Buyer Beware

I was already desperate, but then I found this place. Very friendly staff at the front desk and both doctors could help me. Every time after the treatment I am painless and happy, thanks a lot

Dr Steve is amazing! The practice is stellar, my back feels great! The wellness plan allows for multiple visits at a reasonable rate My visits to the joint feel more like hanging out with friends.... even family (the good ones)! I've been to many Joints, and very happy with all of them so far.... Dr Steve Morse is the best! .... went again today 8/9/18 feeling better on the way out! I don't have any major issues but still go for maintenance It feels incredible and is a genuinely good place to hang out and shoot-the-skit with Dr Steve!

The Joint is a wonderful and welcoming place where the staff genuinely cares about my family's health and wellness! The doctors are approachable and extremely knowledgeable, I highly recommend their chiropractic care.

I love this place!!! Everyone is super friendly and welcoming! I have dealt with both Dr. Morse and Dr. Kotlar who are the best of the best...knowledgeable, professional, and great bedside manner. It is truly a pleasure to come here! I'm an avid crossfitter and I use their wellness plan for weekly adjustments. Not only am I stronger in the gym but I'm noticing improvements in my posture as well. I always feel amazing when I walk out of here....highly recommend!!
