I have been working with Liz for about 6 years. Now, not only does Liz work with me but she also coaches my leaders in one of my venues. Liz is so much more than a coach. She is a mentor, a friend, a counsellor and that little voice in the back of my mind making sure I get stuff done! The knowledge, guidance and individual support that James and his team have shared with our business has made such an amazing difference to how we operate. We have been coached by James for the last year. The main financial drivers along with the many intricacies of hospitality are clarified in straight forward and clear language. The many courses and staff support options are invaluable. This is the best money we have spent since opening 4 years ago.

We started working with James last year through the Online Management Course. The Course and support have been absolutely fantastic.I wish I had completed this course years ago but it's never too late to learn new methods and apply them to your business. I have now put my Restaurant Manager and Events Manager through a shorted online course to get them thinking the same way. They are learning a lot and its showing great benefits to the business. Highly recommend.

Stumbling upon the Hospitality Group and Liz P changed my life! When I met Liz I was exhausted and disillusioned about my business. Our turnover was excellent but we weren't making any profit. At the beginning of 2020 I had roadworks close my town, then covid hit. The roadworks finished 20 months after it started, I know I would not be here today without the The Hospo Co. 5 Stars is a no brainer.

Meeting James and Liz has been an absolute game changer for our business and in particular us personally. We knew that we needed help but were unsure where to find it so when I heard James speak in a webinar I had to call him immediately to find out more, and we've never looked back.
We now catch up with Liz every fortnight and we have 5 managers who are engaged in the academy. Liz is just amazing and we really look forward to our meetings as a chance to not only learn & grow but to discuss any issues that we are struggling with. I love where we are going and now don't feel so alone on the journey we have undertaken.
