If the request is something that will take longer and involve info from multiple teams, he will contact to advise he is still working on the case and with a rough ETA. Proactive comms and someone we can always rely on, great account manager overall, we would recommend without hesitation :)

We have been using The fuel store now for approx 6 months and the service has been fantastic our account Managers Dale & Ronnie are always so helpful and the online platform is great and has so many helpful tools for our Transport Team. The rates are also so much cheaper than our previous provider. I only said i would trial this card for 3 months as i was retireing this qas agreed with the rather pushy sale rep ,since they have debited my account and i was tokd a one off fee was all i had to pay my concider contactint the trades and discription bureau as this was miss sold

I have account with them, several times my cards was declined and I had to pay with my credit card that made me to lose hundreds in total. Not answering on the phone, avoid them.

Have proceeded to take over £2200 and refuse to refund it when I choose to close my account !!!!! County court judgement activated!!! I won't be held to ransom by a bunch of foreigne bandits!!!!

Not good at all. As a business owner, we try to say what we can where can, hence using fuel cards however this company is over charging frequently and the admin charges they apply are sickening. Your better off paying pump prices, rather than using this company!

Great comms and customer service from Saul. He has been helpful with requests for cards and additionally assisted to our satisfaction with our carbon offsetting reports. I am also happy overall with the savings, however the savings vs pump seem to have dropped off over recent months.

Avoid the fuel store like the plague! Signed up 12 months ago, just noticed they have added on extras to my account without my permission. Their small savings on the pump price are outweighed by these sly extras. Avoid at all costs!

Unacceptable I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with a recent call I received from your company's sales consultant. During the call, the consultant mentioned a reduced rate plan for my diesel, claiming to be calling from The Fuel Store. Although I allowed him to explain further, I was immediately taken aback when he offered a rate of 130 ex vat per week. My disbelief stemmed from the fact that I am already a customer of The Fuel Store. To add to my dissatisfaction, my wife received her invoice this week, which was charged at 152 ex vat, while the previous week it was 150 ex vat. This significant increase in price is both concerning and unacceptable. I feel compelled to express my discontent with this experience. As a loyal customer, I expected to be offered fair and competitive pricing. Unfortunately, this call has left me questioning the trustworthiness and integrity of your company. Given the circumstances, I am currently seeking legal advice to understand my options for recouping the thousands of pounds that I believe I have been overcharged. This situation is not only distressing but also places me in a position where I am questioning the value and transparency of our business relationship. I have reported The Fuel Store to Watchdog, hope to see you on TV soon.
