When I say everybody is friendly and very professional I mean from the receptionist to the assistants to the doctors. There's no other dental office like this one. The people who work in the front office are awful and frankly don't know what they're talking about, even if you're reading quotes off of their own website. The woman I talked to wouldn't verify any services that they offer nor any sort of price estimate unless I came in and got a full exam. I know that treatment plans can't be determined over the phone, but the price of a root canal is a very cut and dry question. It doesn't matter how good the dentists are if there are incompetent people scaring patients away.

Professional and Courteous Staff

This was my first visit to The Dental Connection. I broke a tooth, and was able to be seen as a new patient the very next day. The pre-visit paperwork was text to me as a form! When I walked in the next morning, all i had to do was show my ID. I was called back within 10 minutes of my arrival. I was x-rayed, saw the dentist, received a treatment plan, got a temporary crown, booked an appointment for a permanent crown, and was out the door in less that two hours! The staff was courteous and the music was good. I think I’ve found my new dental practice.

I had an appointment today with Dr. Bailey at The Dental Connection East office. It was my first visit, and I cannot say enough about the level of caring, friendliness, and the professionalism by literally everyone with whom I came in contact. From Tasha at the front desk, to the ladies who took me back and did my x-rays, to Dr. Bailey himself, they all made me less anxious, which really earned my respect and trust. Tasha had all of my insurance verified before I even got there and even called my previous dentist to have my x-rays emailed to them before my visit. They all went above and beyond for me, and I so appreciated it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, especially someone who gets anxious going to the dentist.
