☺Tudo perfeito! Desde a chegada já somos recebidos de uma forma diferenciada! O hotel maravilhosamente decorado, quartos enormes com cama super king, enxoval de primeira, banheiro gigante, amenities variados, biscoitos na cama, água com e sem gás gratuitas, máquina de café e gelo no corredor, café da manhã maravilhoso. Piscina e hot tub disponíveis, academia de ginástica, muitos jogos e livros disponíveis pelo hotel.
☹Nada elencado foi um problema, apenas citando:
-Ausência de sauna
-Restaurante fecha muito cedo
-Funcionários usando máscaras dá impressão de que são diferentes (inferiores) dos hóspedes
-Falta de Netflix própria do hotel

☺ A beautiful gem of a hotel. Large, luxuriously appointed rooms, elegant public spaces, and beautifully landscaped grounds. Wonderful staff with shoutouts to Bram, Rebecca, and Philip for their exceptional service and attentiveness to even the smallest details of our stay.

A++++ Hotel,very expensive but definitely worth the money for a very special occasion.
☺ Breakfast was included at hotel and it was exceptional, beautiful patio or inside dining room.Hotel location was perfect for either going downtown or short walk to waterfront park were Stratford festival theatre is located. Personel were all perfect, clerks,room service,restaurant .Could not be better.
☹ Outside pool, but then again I'm from Florida.Inside pools quite satisfactory.

☺ Where do I begin??? EVERYTHING was amazing.. all the little details & attention to detail by the staff. No opportunity overlooked by the staff to please us! Felt incredibly valued as guests..an amazing experience!
