☺ ‘Professor Mu’ who was the manager of the hotel was extremely friendly and accommodating and catered to our needs! All the staff were approachable and the room was very comfortable

Overall, was a lovely place to stay, and would have been perfect if cards were accepted at all times
☺ The breakfast was amazing, and the staff are so good in the morning. Such a lovely location overlooking the marina. Everybody is very friendly and there is WiFi available if you need to make calls or upload photos :)
☹ There are parts of the room that look like they could do with a little bit of refurbishment, but the rooms are still very nice! What you aren't told is that in the evening the bar doesn't accept cards so I had to walk to the other end of the marina to get cash, which after a long day was not what I wanted. I'll make sure I've got some cash on me next time!

Le toit terasse pour le soir et le petit déjeuner avec une vue imprenable sur la mer rouge.
Très proche du centre et loin de l agitation bruyante de Hurghada .
L accès à la plage et à la piscine privée en face de l hôtel super.
Petit plus la corbeille de fruits offerte à mon arrivée, thé, café dans la chambre à disposition.
C est la 2 ème fois que je viens, je recommande vraiment.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, PLEASE DON'T GO

☹ The room we received was COMPLETELY different from what we booked. Please see the photos of the room and bathroom—I've never seen such an old and dirty bathroom before. The staff was unhelpful. Upon check-in, the receptionist said there were no twin rooms available. What's the point of making a reservation three weeks in advance if there's no room ready?
The Wi-Fi was unreliable and poorly set up. They don’t provide standard Wi-Fi but instead use an internal system where staff must input a username and password for you, and it requires re-entry every 24 hours. My friends were constantly disconnected, forcing us to repeatedly seek help downstairs.
Additionally, the balcony door was broken and couldn’t fully open. The room was very small, smelly, and unpleasant.
I’m contacting Booking.com to report this hotel. PLEASE DON'T GO!

☺ The room was comfortable and the staff were really helpful. I had a night flight out of Hurghada and I was allowed to leave my baggage at reception after checkout. Staff was very helpful and offered me a shower as well to freshen up for my flight. I was allowed to use the beach facilities as I waited. All in all very supportive and competent staff.
☹ The WiFi was not very reliable and no hotel slippers provided
