Modern & very clean. Totally recommend! ☺ It was like a small house! Awesome! Clean and modern. Loved the hang out area in the back and the smaller rooms. Owner was very nice and introduced himself. Asked how everything was. Very spacious & love the walk in closet. We will totally recommend! ☹ The volume on the front room tv wouldn’t turn down and the lighting was a bit too bright There was a little mat that was right inside the entry door. Not sure what it was for, but while bringing a bike in, he slipped and fell on his back with the bike on top of him. Took his breath away, but he was ok. I’m guessing the mat was supposed to be under the bike rack? Not sure. Besides these things, we loved it!

No gravity there. IT SUCKED!!!! ☺ Room Oatmeal was OK. ☹ NONE!!! NIL!! ZERO facilities!!! NO PHONE. No in room TV. NO in room %$&X@# toilet facilities!! I could see it IF the rice had been cheaper. BUT the price was very comparable to a Motel 6 which DO include such things as maybe a toilet, TV, and a in room shower!! I got TAKEN!!! This is NOT what I expected AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’m sorry you didn’t pay attention to any of the photos or room description. Our room is exactly as described. You rented our Glamping Pods, which is a camping experience. If you wanted a room with an ensuite restroom, we have 9 to choose from, but you chose one of our Glamping Cabins.

Very Good ☺ A cool high-tech hotel that supports bikers close to everything in Bentonville. ☹ Recommend staying in a room with an attached bathroom during the winter if one is not in the mood to stay in a cabin where you'd have to go back/forth to the common shower/bathroom unit.

I’m sorry you feel as though your value was only a 50% (F rating). You did stay for 2 nights with an average of $75/night. Our description & photos show all ameniores including the cabins not having a enosuite restroom. The other 9 rooms we offer do have an attached restroom.
As for the C rating on the other items, we don’t believe you can find nicer beds, linens, or pillows anywhere in NW Arkansas. We take tremendous pride is the comfort, style, & price of our rooms. I’d love to have a conversation regarding your stay to see why you rates us so low.

Great place for a couple of nights with a welcoming environment. ☺ We loved the community style environment. Love the fire pit, hammocks, and bike rack stations! ☹ Advertising for the restroom situation would have been a bit helpful.
