Awesome place to stay thats just close enough to town to be convenient and within riding distance, but just far enough out to be away from everything to have a relaxing night. Rooms were just right, and having the bike wash was a big plus as we got into a few sloppy spots on the trails trying to figure out where was rideable after some rain. Will definitely be back to stay again in the future!

Just so you know (since the owner is trying to hide it): There is a hidden "cleaning fee" tacked on to every visit. Call me crazy, but I'm pretty sure cleaning is something all hotels--even Air BnBs--do, and they bake that cost into the room rate. I was charged $30 extra. Only Jeremy knows what *you* will be charged.
Also, the security concern raised by Chelsea Arnett (see her review below) is a valid one. She posted about the key codes matching the room numbers months ago. Ownership replied that they have a "matrix" that changes the codes "continuously." Guess what? I reserved two rooms, and the key codes matched the room numbers for both. Jeremy seems to play fast and loose with the truth.
Steve was “surprised” by our cleaning fee. At out check out screen, you are shown the full price breakdown before you enter your card info. Room rate, cleaning fee, & tax all then all combined for a total. In Steve’s case, he stayed for 2 nights and paid an average “all-in” nightly rate of $127/night. I offered Steve a free night to make up for his frustration, at which point he called me a crook. Unfortunately, some people cannot be pleased…
We stand by our pricing and we believe we are the nicest & most affordable in Bentonville. We know cycling is expensive. We want the young couple who just got new bikes to be able to enjoy our spaces. We will continue to keep our rates below the bentonville average while offering 5-star service to our guests. We will continue to provide a FREE bike Wash station, firewood for the community fire pit, free bike tools to work on your ride, & an awesome community environment for people who understand the value of staying somewhere where your dollar will go right back into the community you came to visit.

Excellent lodging for active visitors to the Bentonville area. Five minutes from downtown, several dining options in all directions, and amenities that cater to bikers, hikers, van life, etc. Beds are comfortable, very soft, and there are extra pillows too. Looking forward to staying there on my next trip to OZ Trails!

I booked directly thru the web site and everything worked out great. The room was clean, comfortable, and really cool. The location was great as far as being close to everything we had planned. Good deal overall.

Great spot close to bike trails & downtown. Jeremy was super accommodating when I needed to change my reservation. I stayed in a van spot which although it had no privacy was still comfortable & quiet. The fire pit & outside space are awesome touches! The porta-potti was really gross so I hope they get that taken care of.

I had a GREAT stay at The Bike INN in Bentonville AR! The room was clean and very comfortable. The firepit, bike wash and ease of booking/entry were all super cool and I most definitely will be staying here again next time I ride B-Ville!!

We drove in from Denver and the Bike Inn exceeded all of our expectations. While we didn’t meet the owners personally, their emails were super friendly including offering a free shuttle and group ride one day. After spending the day biking some super muddy trails, we appreciated the bike cleaning stations. We spoke to many of the people staying at the inn and everyone was very pleasant. The room was well equipped and very clean. I hope to get back to stay here again.

Amazing stay! The owners have thought of everything one could need on a mountain bike adventure. Jeremy was extremely knowledgeable about the area and the trails and just an all around great guy. Loved the fire pit where guests could hang out and share about the trails and travels. Great rooms, great setup, great amenities for bikers.

Jeremy, the owner, took great care of us! He arranged a conference room for us downtown. He shuttled us all over and organized our riding. He facilitated a guide for the trails, shout out to Justice. The rooms were very comfortable. Bike wash station on site was very nice! We had a great event, and most of that was secondary to Jeremy!

Stayed in room #10. The room was divided into 2 living areas with the bedroom (bed was super comfy) also having the mini kitchen that was well equipped with a double burner electric cooking plate, microwave, Kerrigan, and FULL size fridge. Awesome commons area out side in the courtyard. Everything was clean, updated and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Oh last but not least....the bidet on the toilet was super cool, so cool I ordered 1 for my house the 1st day!!!! I'll be back. U til next time The Bike Inn.

Absolutely One of the coolest places to stay when you are mountain biking and really for any event. Jeremy and Tiffany have thought about just about everything you can imagine to make the experience so much better. I cant think of a place with so many perks for hanging out and keep your bikes stored and cleaning the bikes. A fire pit with a wood pile on site. I was fortunate to meet both Tiffany And Jeremy (OWNERS) this past weekend and hang around the fire pit and get to know them a little better. Great people, Great personality, and I appreciate all you guys have done to make it an awesome relaxing experience after a day of riding. I look forward to staying there again. I want to also Mention that Jeremy is one of our Veterans with the United States Marines. Thank you for your service.

The Bike Inn in Bentonville was a great place to stay. My stay was for 4 nights. The fire pit was great. Met some neat people from other areas. Jeremy, the owner, was great to work with. I made some mistakes on my reservation, and Jeremy was able to make my stay headache free. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

My husband stayed at The Bike Inn for a few days while visiting Bentonville and had an amazing experience! Super clean, great location, and the owners were friendly and very helpful. Would highly recommend others to book their stay here!
