I researched and went to 3 different suppliers. One of the reasons I went ahead and purchased from The Beanery was a friend had a great experience with Con the owner and I did too! So knowledgeable and down to earth. Staff also super friendly and happy to help. The Beanery also have fantastic beans and I was lucky to time looking for a new machine & grinder around Mothers Day. An offer I couldn't refuse was they were flexible & allowed me to use credit of a special offer to buy a matching grinder. Plus, 3 year warranty which none of the others offered; plus they repair and service there at the store! I called the store a week into using the machines with not much success and the same day Con drove to my house to re set everything up to brew brilliant coffee. Now that's service! I bought the black Rocket Appartmento, looks sleek & works a dream. With the matching Rocket Grinder I am set for years to come. Save yourself time and researching and go visit Con and the boys. You won't be disappointed.

Con is incredibly knowledgeable and helped us select the Rocket Espresso Giotto Cronometro R. He and AJ offered and provided a seamless home setup and our existing grinder.
Highly recommended for anyone seeking premium equipment and superior service.

Bought a eureka silenzo grinder and the owner delivered a perfetto (chrome) and dismissed me stating i should be happy i "got an upgrade"...
Response to your reply: I purchased it from your Emporium store around 5 years ago. It was definitely your store and not the one you mention in your reply.

I bought a Rocket Espresso Cinquantotto coffee machine and a Fausto grinder recently. The after-sales service provided by the shop owner Con, the manager and the staff are outstanding. The issue was resolved quickly. Another important point is that this store's warranty period is one year longer than other stores. Highly recommended!
I ordered on-line a Bruer cold brew system because it was offered at a very competitive price. The unit duly arrived and I began making cold brew. I found that I was unable to get the seal between the coffee grounds and the water reservoir to seat properly so that the water leaked through faster than intended. I was advised to return it for a warranty claim. On receipt it was tested and found to work as specified. In discussion I realised I had assembled it incorrectly. It was returned without charge and now I use it correctly assembled to regularly make delicious cold brew. Excellent service from The Beanery and an excellent product.
Thought this place would be amazing but the service was really poor, there aren’t prices on anything, staff didn’t help at all

We had the best customer experience purchasing our coffee machine, grinder and accessories through 'The Beanery' in Brighton. The staff took their time to explain the various machines and accessories. Con and the staff have a wealth of knowledge. Brad did an exceptional job adjusting the machine and grinder to perfect the coffee. Highly recommend them!
