Great place to stay Very high quality accommodation - large rooms, comfortable, clean, modern, but with character. Intimate feel (it's a small hotel). Nice pool area. Good bar/restaurant with excellent food. Wonderful staff - friendly, helpful and professional. Quite pricey, but worth it.

Very good lodge I stayed for two nights (check-in June 9, check-out 11) at the Nkosi Guest Lodge as the first leg of a trip to Zimbabwe/Botswana. I really liked the Lodge. Surrounded by a wall that prevents animals from entering, which roam freely on the streets of Victoria Falls at night, it has a very welcoming staff. The room is as described in the photos. Very clean, equipped with a safe, hairdryer, and heat pump. Very comfortable bed. In June it gets very cold at night, but thanks to the heat pump, you can prevent the room from getting too cold. The restaurant is next to the pool. The restaurant menu is à la carte. The quality of the food is excellent.

Un Hôtel très agréable Style boutique-hotel dans un environnement calme . Les chambres sont propres , spacieuses avec douche et baignoire , peignoirs etc… . Personnel discret et aimable avec une mention spéciale pour notre serveur au dîner , prévenant et plein d’humour . Dîner de qualité, je recommande le poisson . Également bon petit déjeuner .Meme si un peu loin, possibilité d’aller au “ centre “ de Victoria Falls en 1/2 h à pied , sinon prendre un taxi . Avec sa piscine , un hôtel où l’on se sent bien que nous recommandons

Would definitely do Nkosi on next visit. Love they service. This is a definite place to book. Welcoming staff and personal attention. Service from staff was amazing. Room was spacious, clean and beautiful. Food was great and homely. Beautiful garden. Also close enough to walk to other lodges. Thank you for giving me a lovely stay..

Get the royalty treatment at Nkosi This is great restaurant , and the food is amazing. Great location and peaceful. A great place for groups or couples. Very clean, great staff and compliments to the chefs. It has wi fi for those who love to dine and chat. If you love beef try their sirloin steak. It's succulent, juicy and tasty.

A very nice place to stay!! So we stayed at Bayete Guest Lodge earlier in our trip. Nkosi is part of the same group but is the next level up, and I would agree it is nicer. Nkosi has a more modern and more corporate feel than Bayete (but we did also like Bayete because it felt a little more traditional and local). The pool nice and the smartly decked out. The food was great and the staff there were excellent!! Especially Pride - the children loved him, his cheese toasties and his big smile!! We had a family room created with by an adjoining door - which meant 2 bathrooms! Yippee! The rooms were the best we stayed in on our tour. One criticism, was that the noise in the hotel did travel a little. Fortunately it only has about 25 rooms and isn't a party hotel, so it wasn't disruptive, but it was noticeable at times. It was the perfect end to our tour. We spent an extra night here and relaxed by the pool with some lovely wine!!

Since we were 3 adults in a room we made a few requests for extra chair, hangers etc and everything including an extra floor mat was provided! Though our Activities and Excursions had not been fixed by them they took pains to call up and help us when needed. Dinner was excellent! Special Mention - they have a tie up with a lady for massages and she was AMAZING. Hats off to her - she brings ALL her paraphinalia with her - sets up the massage table, foot exfoilater etc in the room AND gives you the best experience ever.

Perfect stay for Victoria Falls I absolutely LOVED my stay at the Victorian Manor. The manor is beautiful and the most unique place I have ever stayed. Perfect location just a short drive to town. It is newer though and some taxis are not familiar of the accommodation yet so write down the address just in case. What makes the manor a five star stay is the staff. They are incredibly kind and attentive. I felt very welcome and taken care of. Millicent, the chef, is talented and the quality of the food is great. The presentation of the food was phenomenal. We loved eating by the pool and enjoying the scenery. Leroy & Zandile were the managers who helped us book a tour to Angel’s Pool, offer tips, order taxis, and made sure we had a great stay. Doubt, the attendant, is always there with a smile and helping hand. He is so friendly and anticipates any needs. The housekeeping staff and landscaping crew were also very friendly and on top of cleanliness and room comfort. Highly recommend for your stay in Victoria Falls!
