When I checked in the room was not clean the towels had stains .In the morning I woke up to a flooded bathroom I reported it to reception when I returned in the afternoon I was assured it was sorted I went out when I returned at night my bathroom was flooded again a handy man was called and they told me not to use the bathroom how do you tell a guest not to use the bathroom where am I going to shower they resorted to putting towels to absorb the water then house keeping came to clean with a mop that left the room with an unpleasant smell when I raised it with them they claimed they can’t smell anything then they came with air freshener and sprayed it on the floor and they left for the night my room was not changed because they were fully booked the service was very poor.

I'm saddened to say that for the price one paid over R2k, the service and everything was a letdown. There was no water in the room, no milk, the small toiletries one usually finds there was nothing in my room, just a mere bar hand soap. online prices are ridiculous, whereas if you do walk-in there's a R300 difference which is insane. I will never becoming back from this place ever again

The food was a let-down. I think the steak was pre-cooked. It wasn't prepared at the hotel. I ordered a juicy medium rare, T- bone steak, and it wasn't as I had asked for it, but super dry.
