Problems with Resin Patio I had a new resin patio just over three years ago, I was very pleased with the initial work. However, the patio has now developed brown staining over the whole surface, I have contacted the Company both by letter email and by phone over a period of about six weeks. I received a ten year guarantee on completion which I would like to take advantage of, regrettably the company has not answered my letters or replied to my phone calls, so it appears that James is happy to take your money but does not want to know if there are problems.

Major driveway tarmac work James and his team were always hard working and punctual. Great communication and a really top quality job exactly as promised. Ours was a big job - a long road over a village green and our driveway, with lots of complex curves and slopes. Now it looks stunning. Highly recommended!

Removal and installation of sandstone paving slabs with drainage and leveling Excellent work carried out, the boys were very skilled, we are pleased with the results. Also we didn’t have to pay any money upfront only on completion which made us feel more comfortable choosing James and his team.

New Patio James visited me the same day I enquired for a quote. We discussed various options and I received a very good quote. I was not asked for any deposit and once we agreed a start date the team got to work very efficiently. They were always polite and tidy. The work was completed in decent time to a very high standard. I was only asked for payment a week after once everything was complete and tidied up. Very happy with the final work.

New Patio and Driveway We recently had both our patio and driveway re-done after having some work done on our property by Terrabase Paving. Both my husband and I have been beyond impressed with the finished product. James and his team work tirelessly and their quality of work is fantastic. They were extremely thorough and tidy throughout and completed the job exactly as they said they would and within the budget agreed. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Terrabase and would gladly work with them again.

A team that goes above ans beyond! I was hugely impressed by the Terrabase team. James and the team were friendly, polite and did an incredible job keeping the workspace tidy every day. They went above and beyond keeping me informed along the way and being extremely accommodating as I made changes. James answered every query and concern along the way, even when I thought of something in the evening. I cannot recommend the work that they did enough and would happily have them back for future work. In fact, I would insist on using them.

Garden removed and Resin Driveway Laid James was very professional, great communication, provided an initial ball park quotation, once we had decided we were keen he returned and confirmed the quotation after measuring up and confirmed a start date. Once the job started all of the boys were professional and courteous and kept the work area as tidy as possible before making sure the site was clean and tidy at the end of the day. Very satisfied with the job and would certainly recommend Terrabase Paving

Large herringbone blockpaving driveway Excellent information was given about the preparation work and the different choices available in order to enhance the property. Extremely professional and hard-working team of four for the preparation work of the drive, which grew to a team of nine people to lay the bricks in less than a day! Absolutely fantastic results at a competitive price. Eveything was left clean and tidy and the attention to detail was astonishing. Truly impressive!

Tarmac Driveway Very pleased with the work completed dug out driveway to a good depth and filled and edged with the top level of Tarmac did the work in good time and they worked very hard and they did an excellent job. We have been unlucky with tradesmen in the past it is finally good to get a reliable and reasonably priced one who has done a great job. Definitely recommend five stars.

Paving of outside Community Store seating area. The price quoted was the cheapest for block paving. All the guys onsite were polite, friendly and left the site clean and tidy. They came back and put some top soil around the edges and on a flowerbed so that the area looked nice, despite this not having been quoted for. They also jet washed our existing path so the whole area looked amazing. Would definitely recommend to other looking for paving work.

High pressure clean block-paved driveway The work was completed promptly and efficiently. I was especially pleased at how helpful they were in accommodating me, when, through my own lack of forethought and the unavailability of other contractors, I wanted the job done within ten days from first contacting TerraBase on 25th October. They caused some accidental damage to the paintwork on my garage door, but willingly compensated me for this through an appropriate remission of their fee. I would be happy to recommend this company to any friend or neighbour.

Rear garden clearace, supply and install new block paving and fence panels with gravel boards These guys are excellent! James was super-helpful throughout all aspects of the job.
