We visited this store with my Dad who wanted a chain to put a pendant on that had been made to commemorate the recent passing of my Mum. We were treated really well by a lovely lady with a Scottish accent and we left the shop with the best outcome for my Dad. Thank you for making an emotional task go smoothly.
I am sure that this is a very nice shop and that the staff are usually really nice to purchase from but my experience was far from satisfactory. I intended to purchase a watch from Tissot and found it online at a 15% discount from two different jewellery chains (not online only). I would rather purchase from a local company so I checked around and found that Terrence Lett had a "price match guarantee" if certain criteria were met, such as the items being the same, in stock, available in a physical shop and deliverable within a couple of days. I confirmed that all these details were correct and then visited the shop, only to be told that they were not going to match the price. It seems a bit disingenuous to advertise a "price match promise" when the reality is that it is nothing of the sort.
My experience was one of the best from the 1st moment of communication.
I spoke to a lady by the name of Stacey who took my order and processed it.

A lovely buying experience the other day with Dominic and the rest of the team at Terence Lett. It was my first visit to the shop but I walked away very happy with my new Omega Aqua Terra. I recently needed to have my wedding and engagement rings cut off when in pain. Dom was really helpful and reassuring. There was zero discomfort and he saved the rings and showed how they could be re sized so that I can wear them again. I'm in a wheelchair and they couldn't have been more helpful in getting it all sorted for me. I will definitely go back to them to get the rings done and to look at other options for jewellery.
