We have been with them for 9 years. The lady who picked the call was extremely rude! We have even had services been added coz I wanted to try and continued and not communicated properly. I raised this and she is was like “ if you want to cancel just tell me” seriously not sure what is going on last two years.. but services, pricing and the people are extremely careless and rude!
The customer service person or whoever answered the phone didn’t connect me with someone who could advise my concern about my lawn. Instead, she wanted me to water my lawn and wait more. Even though my lawn was green, part of the front lawn was not getting green, and that was my problem.
I am out of their service, and she told me they would not service my yard. She told me, I have found another company, which is fine with me.
Cons: Vert lousy customer service
Pros: Decent lawn care
I was referred by my lawn Guy Mario to use this company over my prior one Think green... I got tired of seeing weeds popping through my yard, guys coming through and barely spraying my yard and beyond told that certain weeds were not treatable aside from pulling them from the lawn. My lawn looks like a golf course since switching in January.. No weeds just a nice thickening turf that continues to amaze me daily. Can't wait to see how it looks on the summer.
I just wanted to take a moment to say how much I love my partnership with Tender Lawn Care. John is my service manager and he is outstanding!!! Not only does he do excellent work, he also takes a moment to let me know what being done and what I can do on my side to have the best possible lawn. He also breaks everything down in a way that is simple for me to understand. Thank you - John! You are appreciated.
I switched last year and the technician really made the lawn look great. I have Zoysa and the polenta took it over last year, this year we don't have any. Kudos to our Guy, and TLC. The only ding is the bill pay and they only accept checks and pay by phone. Wish the website was upgraded for pay online.
I don’t usually post two of the same restaurants in the same week BUT I really love this place in P’tree Corners- Di Bar which used to be called Taaj. If you like Mediterranean cuisine, this is the place for you.
