Temu going from bad to worse!
One of the latest ways Temu tries to get more money out of you, and it will work with a lot of buyers who don't add up the total they are presented with, is to add a few pounds at the end, on the top of what you are buying, even if all postage is free, so this should be completely outlawed! They have tried it with me a few times, and if you don't accept and wait for someone to get back to you, they up the prices of the items in your checkout cart!
The Customer Service bots are all very bad, even those given names, they are all bots and you can't reason with a bot. I sent them screenshots, which they asked me to, showing the wrong total, someone would get back to me, no one ever did (clearly they don't care), then, the next day, the prices had gone up, so I gave up on 4 of the 6 items and only bought those which were at the same price and the total this time was right. This made me waste an awful lot of time, so I need to find a new online shopping site, and even if they are a bit more expensive, if I am treated decently, the few pounds more will be worth it! This is how a company digs their own grave! Treating customers as if they are stupid, is a very bad business decision!

Increasing prices, additional costs, and dreadful- customer service.
I have been a customer of Temu pretty much since its inception.
Recently I noted posted costs added- when they claim free shipping.
Prices have crept up to a level that other online shopping sites are cheaper and provide far better quality.
Items I have ordered frequently do not match images or descriptions. Sizes are wrong and some items delivered are clearly seconds or worse.
Coupons offered when using your phone to place the order do not work-if they do items are left in you basket and not fulfilled meaning if you still want these items you need to make the order up to 20 Euro again before being able to place the order.
The special offers are in fact far from special and in my opinion scams.
I spoke to Isabelle who was useless and unable to answer any questions I had. She placed me onto an apparent manager Danielle who was also useless and unable to provide answers to my questions.
Between Isabelle and Danielle and their lack of customer service they have lost a customer.
I now understand why their rating on Trust Pilot is so bad.
One star is way too generous.
I am sure Temu will leave an unmeaning bulk standard reply to my review- but this is the thing, they have all the information required to deal with this issue.
NO customer service is not of importance to them and NO they will never follow up on the problems experienced.

"I Trusted Temu, and Regret It Deeply"
"Unfortunately, my experience with Temu has been very disappointing. I purchased several products, and not a single one worked properly — only one was somewhat functional. The quality is extremely poor, and the items do not match their descriptions. I honestly feel scammed. I hope Temu takes quality control more seriously, or you will continue to lose customer trust."

TEMU SEPTEMBER UPDATE
Temu another update on the Temu parcel saga I have to say now that I am in the third week of the parcel saga After all this time and the none responsive Temu Customer Care employees I HAVE TO ADVISE YOU NOT TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM THEY MESS YOU ABOUT HOLESELL WITH COMPLETE LIES AND FRUSTRATION I spent hours trying to track my parcel I will cut this short as not to bore you Eventually I found my parcel several km from me left at a pick up point I should have had home delivery After calling the delivery point to confirm that they were in possession of my parcelI I COLLECTED THE PARCEL MYSELF The delivery company put on the tracking that they delivered it A COMPLETE LIE Now Temu are saying they won't refund me as the parcel was home delivered A COMPLETE LIE The advert was miss leading including the advertised 2-5 working day delivery Try three weeks and traced and collected by myself So still having a lot of fun abusing the NOBS at Temu but I won't give up as I said before they have picked on the wrong one this time
SERIOUSLY do think twice before buying anything from Temu they are a bunch of crooks I will keep you updated Mike Helps

Do not trust temu
Very disappointed with Temu. My orders were delayed and did not arrive on time, even though I paid and counted on them for my son’s birthday. I had to buy everything again at my own cost (with proof of purchase). Customer service keeps repeating the same answers without providing a real solution. I used to trust this platform, but after this terrible experience, I will think twice before ordering again.
Not honest
I installed the app. Ordered two pullovers. Supposed to be €5 a piece and the minimum is €10 for free delivery. I was like OK, that's nice. Went to the payment page the prize was €12
. I immediately deleted the order and deleted the app. Goodbye temu.
Immediately finished with these sort of schemes. They probably expect that when you're at the pay website you're gonna pay anyway but I'm not stupid I'm done with companies like this.
So far, I have spoken to at least 6 customer services **** and 8 supervisors since Jan 15 2025 for two items that their size was misrepresented on the website (2 chairs). They issued 1 return label, and approved a second label but sent me the wrong one for another small package. I have been sent a slew of emails that were polite, but not able to resolve my issue. Just today, Jan 25 2025, I spent 3 HOURS ON THE PHONE. They still are telling me to wait yet another 24 hour to see what they can do. I have spent thousands of dollars in TEMU, the least they can do is afford me this (1) return shipping label. This is absolutely disccouraging.
I have ordered 5 different things and haven't received any of my products all they tell me is that it's delay after delay and then they say they wanna offer me this and that but only if i order 2 more products or 5 more ect...this site misleads and mis advertises only to convince you to spend more money....I'm still waiting on my products and they won't fix the problem because they don't care.
TEMU practices false advertising and click baiting. They will price a product, in my case a large act tower, and when you click to buy it has several completely different, smaller, cat towers. I contacted TEMU about the issue. They gave me a $10 dollar credit. I explained that I do not want a credit. I want the product at the price they advertised. Waste of time.
This company is impossible to contact. Their customer service number is incorrect. You can only speak to a chat service. They shipped my order by a courier rather than the postal service, *** etc. Their courier service is unreliable and you can't be sure the packages are returned for credit. I won't be ordering from them again!
Horrible experience with delivery I was advised that they used the same tracking number for several orders so someone received a free product and no resolution. Was on the line for 45 minutes waiting to speak to someone who could assist.
I don't have "horrible" experience with Temu. Delivery has been reasonably fast. Quality is as I expected per item ordered. Some good, some not so good. My only issue is how they **** you in with "free items", "play this and win free this!" and have you do tasks, play games etc or order a specific amount...to get NOTHING. I have YET to get anything for free from this company. Nothing, even after placing multiple orders. That is the one thing that will keep me from ordering again for a long time.

I have been ordering from Temu since they first came out. Most of what I have purchased I love!!! The few things that didn't meet my standards were either returned and my money promptly credited back to my account or my money was refunded and I was told to just keep the items. Most of the time shipping has been pretty reasonable considering the products are coming from overseas. Shipping times have recently improved however. I can honestly say that I love Temu and have had no bad interactions. Grateful!!!
I was scammed by a Temu seller (Silk Ville) and Temu couldn't understand how simple and obvious the scam was. I bought a 9' Christmas tree. The picture of the package delivered by ***** showed a 14" x 14" 2 lb padded envelope on some porch that was not mine. ****** Maps street view would prove that it could not be my porch. The seller is no longer on Temu, and nearly every review of the seller claimed the same scam that happened to me. I provided all the proof to Temu, and after a month of trying to resolve the issue with Temu and receiving the same nonsense ineffective automated replies and insincere apologies from them each time, I contested the charges with my credit card. Voila, on 01/13/26, I got an email claiming they were processing the refund as a "one-time exception". What? How Rude!!! A one-time exception??? That means they didn't believe my evidence and will not protect me from future scams on Temu. Well, that means I'm done being a customer. Adios **********************. It was nice until it wasn't!!!
