FIRST HOME BUYER-WORST EXPERIENCE! Worst decision to go with Tempo. They promised a fixed contract and we ended up having to pay variation costs. Asking for money while giving away free air cons is crazy. If you can't afford the business you already have then don't advertise. We were put in a position where it was build time and too late to shop around for builders. During construction I went to site and noticed them using our home electricity to build the neighbours home. (Electricity theft) We would have never known if I hadn't shown up to site. I did approach the trades person who confirmed it's been a few days. Our property manager lied and said it was only a day. The power bill notes different. They didn't refund this. Waited over two years to see how the build holds up. Leak in the kitchen Island which has caused damage and no help from them. I have spoken to Jeremy who noted the property manager retired. We organised a plumber and he has advised this will not be reimbursed as we have organised a plumber without reaching out. I have sent him receipts of the exchange with Tempo via email which he has had no response to since. Save yourself the headache and just don't purchase a home through them.

“Stress free fantastic dual occupancy building experience.” We built our dual occupancy home with Tempo Living and had a very positive experience. From initial planning through to construction and handover, the team was professional, approachable, and easy to deal with. Communication was clear, and our questions were answered promptly, giving us great confidence. As first-time builders, we truly appreciated their guidance. The handover was smooth, and we are very happy with the quality of our new home. Thank you to Director Jeremy Whiting and the site team for making a stressful process so easy. We have only just begun our journey with Tempo Living, but so far the experience has been exceptional. From day one, we have received outstanding customer service, and Ruby Slade has been incredible throughout the entire process. Although we are still waiting for our land to be registered, Ruby has been by our side every step of the way, making what could be a daunting process feel straightforward and stress-free. We have already made significant progress with the planning stages, thanks to her guidance, professionalism, and attention to detail. Ruby has always been transparent, honest, and readily available to answer our questions, which has given us great confidence moving forward. Her support has made this journey both enjoyable and exciting. We would highly recommend Tempo Living to anyone considering building a home. I can't thank the team enough at tempo. I couldn't belive how easy the tender to starting on site was. Went through seemless and so quick. Now let's talk about the build so far. It has been less than a month from site set up and I already have frames up. Joe the supervisor is amazing. His on the ball and so knowledgeable. He gives me email update on the Friday arvo like clock work. And everything he says is happening happens. 5 starts for tempo admin team and 10 stars for Joe. Do yourself a favour if your thinking of building go see the team. Stay away from these new shiny custom builders promising your the world and delivery nothing. Tempo gives u great value for money and quality work.

Be careful as they don't build to nsw standard and then get u to pay to get your house to standard. Joke of a company. The work they do is good from far but far from good.. look closely at paint tiles and grout..

My journey with Tempo Living started off with a morning call from beautiful Lia. Her friendliness and understanding of my situation landed me with an appointment with her at Austral Display homes. Meeting her I found her exceptionally professional in what she does. I had some fears as this was the very first time for me to build and she managed to help me overcome it. She helped me obtain a block of land and in no time I had signed up to build with Tempo. Lia was amazingly outstanding, knowledgeable, honest, very helpful and always a phone call away. I was then handed over to Sue, who I found equally professional and knowledgeable in her area of work. Always answerng any questions, very friendly and ready to go that extra mile followed by Steven, the site supervisor who was absolutely amazing, updating on the progress of the project every step of the way. Had the pleasure of having Paul, fill in for 3 weeks while Steven was away on holidays. I can honestly say the whole Tempo team is very professional, friendly and helpful. Today I am sitting in this beautiful new home writing this review full of Joy because You Tempo Living... made my dream come true! Thank you Tempo I will highly recommend you to all my family and friends.

Very happy with the end-to-end process from sales to the final handover. The timely communication and swift responses from the back office and the site manager helped us stay informed of the progress. They were upfront with all the details and they delivered to their words, which I heard is not so common in the industry. I am totally satisfied with the build quality. Even the third party inspector found only minor/cosmetic issues at the final handover. Joe, our site manager, was very responsive, respectful, knowledgeable, and patient with our questions and he accommodated our requests for regular site visits. He promptly addressed any concerns we had. Couldn't be happier with his professionalism. Highly recommend Tempo Living and Joe!!

It was the best decision to go with Tempo living. We had the dual key build in Hunter Valley region built in record time. Matt Siedleck was the best supervisor we had. He took the project very seriously and gave the best to have the best quality home. We will always consider Tempo Living for our future Build. The journey with Tempo Living has been smooth from the start. From the beginning visiting the display home at Austral, we who knew nothing about building a house, gained very valuable information from Wail Jetou, who patiently guided us how to find the land, where to look and what sort of land size which best suitable for our dream home. Wail Jetou also designed the house and based on our specific needs and very particular requirements, taking a lot of time to go back and forth finalising the design, Wail’s professionalism and attention to detail was truly magnificent. We’ve finished all the colour selection within 1 day and Wail’s insight was very valuable in helping us finalising all the internal and external colour schedule. Tempo Living is very transparent with the timeline as when to start construction and estimated finish time (number of weeks) and straight before signing the tender we already knew that this journey will be very pleasant, and Jeremy Whiting made the Tender Acceptance process is very easy and well prepared even though we did it through Zoom meeting but able to answer all our questions and provided clarity so we can sign the building contract very quickly. The site supervisor, Paul Caruana was exceptionally knowledgeable and detail, the communication was fantastic with weekly updates and also very accommodating whenever we would like to have a site inspection and also able to answer all of the silly questions (coming from non-builder) and very patient with us throughout the stages of construction process until practical completion time. Finally, I highly recommend Tempo Living to anyone who want to build a dream home and rest assured that you won’t get the headache as all the other people warn dealing with builder!
