I've been holding off writing this review but the lack of service has pushed me to do so. The surface pro that I bought was advertised as A grade but when I received it the outer casing was covered in scratches, the corners were damaged and the keyboard is scruffy. I contacted Techno Systems, providing photos, and they said I could either send the laptop back for a refund or they would send a new keyboard. Contacted them again to say that I would like the keyboard sending, they responded asking me to send photos! I told them to refer to the email thread which was attached to the email I had sent which had already offered me a keyboard. Still nothing!
In response to your reply...your original advert was misleading. It looks like an 'A' followed by a hyphen leading onto the next piece of text on the ad! No way of telling that it was an 'A minus'. Very deceitful. The photos were not clear and you already offered a replacement keyboard when I bought all of this up in my original email to you when I recieved my laptop. And now I'm, off the back of this review you're offering money off to other potential buyers?! I'm done.

Dear Laura, THREE months ago you purchased a tablet Grade A- not Grade A. This was written in the title and description. There are some small scratches, fully shown in photos on our listing. We always encourage our customers to review all pictures. Customers may return the laptop for free within 14 days if they are not happy with the purchase. May I ask - why didn't you return it 3 months ago ? As I said - we can still provide another keyboard, please just return one you have.

I ordered my goods from them on 19 Sept still not received completely a scam company. Phone not being answered and email bounce back no product and £200 worse off not even a 1 star this is not a spam message I can provide all proof of the Transaction

We have been attacked by spam feedbacks from someone who is using fake names "Alison Frizell" or "Elizabeth Bennett". It doesn't come from our customers.

Product was fine, but website crashed and I have had no paperwork, confirmation email or anything of the site. Contacted the whatsapp number and had one message back saying it will be delivered monday after repeated attemps to ask for an invoice, what was happening, tracking information and more.

An excellent and reassuring customer service experience.
Bought a Dell laptop from Techno. Purchase was dealt with quickly and good communication through to delivery. Item was well packaged and in good condition as described on the site. When installing an OS I realised the keyboard layout was US rather than UK. Contacted Techno and they arranged collection, swapped the keyboard to UK and returned the laptop to me unbelievably quickly. It is always a bit fretful using a new supplier when things don't go according to plan and it is how such events are dealt with that really make a difference. Techno dealt with my situation brilliantly. An excellent and reassuring customer service experience. I will be happy to keep purchasing gear from them.
