Extrêmement déçue par l'impolitesse du personnel, entre les vestiaires ou l'employer ne nous a même pas décroché un mot et qui nous a bien fait comprendre que cela l'embêter de faire son travail, et les employés à l'entrée des salles qui nous a répondu très méchamment à une simple question posée. J'ai été vraiment affecté par cette méchanceté gratuite qui m'a vraiment fait désenchantée de la beauté de l'endroit. A un moment il s'agirait d'engager des employés qui ont envie de travailler avec des touristes, sinon je ne vois pas ce qu'ils ont à faire là si ce n'est rependre leur rudité à notre égard.

Staff are very helpful and it is very clean and organized...What they may not have on hand that you may request.. is quickly found and request fulfilled...Beautiful throughout with mixture of old and new.

Take the tour!! Our tour guide was excellent! Very informative and nice! Must book ahead! Learned so much about the history of the library and what is currently happening with the collections/research areas. Be sure to save time for the Treasures Exhibit and cafe. I spent more time than anticipated (in a good way!)
