Very good service from the staff and ma'am. Clearly answered all my queries patiently and provided detailed information as to the procedure of recovering data, time taken and limitations & etc. Prices are competitive and for the value of precious memories and important documents no amount of price can be paid. Excellent behaviour and culture... Rest assured the service provided by them is top notch. Price is on the higher side due to the complications involved in recovering the data... Better than losing all your data by unprofessional people who do not have the right equipment to recover and risk losing everything 😔. 5 star for their polite nature towards customer.

Terrible experience. They took my media promising 0 charges for analysis and then came back giving some lame excuse of tampered media and hence 4000+ charges for analysis etc. Unnecessarily wasted my time and effort traveling all the way tohand over the media. Suggest avoid them and go for alternatives.
