Brought a motorhome from these guys Don't know whether iam having teething problems with it ( hot water pipe got a split in it so soaked the carpets which had to be replaced ) Fridge kept blowing main fuse turns out heating element had gone in it so had to put new one in Like I say dont know whether it's teething problems or should these been checked and pointed out to us before we brought the van but we now have it all fixed and are out and about enjoying are life in the motorhome

They sold my daughter a caravan with 99% damp in the bathroom, lied, saying they had serviced it, yet it still had the original gas regulator which should’ve been changed in 2021. Just avoid. I wouldn’t even give 1 star.

Disappointed with dishonest practices I found our experience to be highly disappointing. After selling our caravan for £7,000 under the impression that its damp issues (up to 80% in places) were significant, I was shocked to see it back on sale just three days later for £15,000. This kind of repair turnaround raises serious doubts. Given our situation of needing to sell due to severe health issues, we hoped for honest and fair dealings, but sadly, that wasn’t the case. I wouldn’t recommend trading in or purchasing—especially not the Swift Lux SE.

Fantastic company and staff. I recently bought a caravan from David at TB motorhomes and the service was fantastic. He's knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. It was a great price, he directed me where to go to get finance and gave a full clear demonstration when I collected it. I needed to get a tow bar fitted to my car and couldn't get an appointment for a week, David had no issues keeping hold of the caravan in his yard for me and on the day of collection had everything ready to go for the demonstration. I highly recommend TB Motorhomes and will likely use them again when upgrade time comes round.

We decided to go a few weeks ago as my partner was looking at getting a new caravan and came across this company. When we got there we were left to roam around with free will, no sales person jumping on you for a quick sale. We then approached a young gentleman and sat and had consultation etc and gave us great advice on various caravans that they had in stock. We were planning on visiting other places but managed to get what we needed here. We went away and within an hour we were back and 1 caravan brought. Not only that the were willing to take the old caravan with a guarantee of no come back and not only that they kept the new one for an extra week to accompany our collection date. Also I may add is the caravans are fully valeted and come with 12 months warranty that no other company offers. All I can say is this company has been amazing from start to finish and massive thank you to josh. He knows his stuff well. Thank you again.

We had to sell our beloved motorhome. Thank God I came across TB Motorhomes on Google. Rang them. Spoke with Tom. Sent photos. Price agreed. Next day, 2 guys came to view it. Money was sent by bank transfe, and they took it away. Everybody I dealt with was polite and professional. Can't believe how easy it was. We were given a fair price. Very Highly Recommended, and thank you.

My wife & I travelled from Hull to visit TB Motorhomes at the weekend for a good look around. We saw David on site as well as the perfect van for us. Although we didn't manage to purchase on the day (due to our circumstances) David was so helpful and informative. Overall a great experience, to the extent that when circumstances change we are definitely coming back for a look here.... 5 stars!
