Contacted TB as we were looking to sell our caravan, Tom came out within a couple of days, offered a fair price, transferred the money there and then and took the 'van.

A couple of decades have passed since we used to have caravans . A lot has changed since then ! We searched for a couple of weeks before purchasing a small used Bailey 2 berth model from T B Motorhomes. We were extremely impressed with their service and helpful advice and professionalism. Josh & David patiently demonstrated everything on the van to us , and ensured that all was checked and valeted before we came to collect . We would not hesitate to wholeheartedly recommend their business to anybody interested in buying either a caravan or motorhome . Our 2nd hand purchase came complete with an extensive 12 month guarantee for that extra peace of mind . We are pleased to say that we are over the moon with our “new” van . Final Update. We decided to trade-in the TB Motorhomes caravan and buy a new one from Brayford Leisure (brilliant people and great service). Terribly Bad Motorhomes had the last laugh of course…our TB caravan had damp issues, so it we lost another £2,500. If you really want to buy from TB…and are determined to endure the service experience from them..at the very least get an independent habitational check. Our horrendous story is documented here -> www.tbmotorhomes.co.uk …yep, we bought the website just to warn others. UPDATE 2…..please…just don’t buy from here! TB (Terribly Bad) Motorhomes owner is now trying to correct things…but that’s only because Tom has been alerted to these reviews…and understandably he wants them deleted. He plays a cool game…blaming his team for their failings. The latest in this incompetent saga is that the warranty wasn’t executed on time, so any faults are not covered. Oh yeah and bits were missing when it was collected. Always happy to correct stuff, so stay ‘tuned’. UPDATE! Under no circumstances whatsoever buy from this business…unless you want to go through a very painful process of trying to sort out any faults. The warranty they offer…useless, their promises pointless, their customer service attitude…doesn’t exist. Go to Brayford Leisure. Avoid! We purchased a caravan from TB Motorhomes a few weeks ago…three trips out and three failures of the pump and flushing systems. One solution they deployed was to put in a bigger fuse…which subsequently melted! Very dangerous. They have now washed their hands of us and pointed us to their warranty insurance…which, by the way, has a ceiling of only £500. We are waiting for them to respond and I will happily update this review if we can get a fair resolution. But right now, my advice is to go elsewhere. Update 3 will be tomorrow.…3rd of November 2023. It isn’t good. 4th November 2023 UPDATE. The promise by TB (Terribly Bad) Motorhomes (and caravans) to cover the cost of repairs never happened. Understandably TB was keen to get these reviews removed. This review is genuine and if anybody is thinking of buying from TBH feel free to contact me directly so I can talk you through what to watch for…I’m available through several social media channels. I will continue to provide monthly updates here, but I would urge anyone thinking of spending money with TB….just don’t!!!! My advice…go to Brayford Leisure. Update 4. 11th December 2023. The promised payment never arrived, despite the owner acknowledging they had failed. This is what you need to expect if you buy from TB (Terribly Bad) Motorhomes. I will update this review in January 24. Oh yeah I almost forgot! They are posting their own reviews to try and get the ‘numbers up’. Just Google ‘TB Motorhomes’ and look for the ‘NOT’ page…you will be enlightened. See you in 2024 for our monthly updates. Update 5. 24th January. The payment to correct the faults never arrived. I’m looking forward to warning more people who might be thinking of buying from these people….as we head towards Spring…and that caravan buying time.They need to know what they are going to get. Having had an awful experience with Don Amott from Derby we phoned TB Motorhomes to ask if they were interested in buying our Burstner Eliseo. From first contact to final payment Tom and the other guys were outstandingly fair, polite and accomodating. We agreed a price and I was paid whilst on site by direct transfer. From start to finish I felt valued and moreover respected, which after previous experiences from larger dealers, felt like a breath of fresh air. Thanks Tom, Craig and the other guy. My experience would lead me to reccomend them.

i went to buy my first caravan and was met by very polite staff i had no idea and asked a million questions all were explained in detail they were very helpful i am so happy with the caravan i bought and can't wait to goon holiday

Totally disappointed. I bought a lunar caravan back in February this year and they gave it to me with a faulty motor mover or mover remote. Kept trying to get them to fix it and only vain promises. I'm tired of keep calling them and getting the same answer that they will come and sort it out. It must be a standard practice to do that because they never do what they say. I bought a very expensive caravan and they gave it to me faulty and now they don't even care to fix it. All they were interested in was to sell it. I shouldn't have trusted them when was told that everything works but hey lesson learned, I guess I thought they are a serious company but no. UPDATE: Such a ridiculous response from the owner. It was the first time I've used the caravan after buying it from you and noticed the motor mover not working so why are you even making a reference to the warranty? You have been lying from the start when you did the checklist and said everything was working and clearly wasn't!! Obviously you should have just send someone to have a look, it was not my fault you gave me a broken mover and I have trusted you entirely thinking you might be a serious company. I'm not going to drive 80 miles back and forth with the caravan attached just because you are useless!

Came to tb motorhomes with the intention to buy a 2 berth swift and after the lovely gents left me and my partner to view all there caravans (which I must say are very well presented) ended up buying a island bed lunar when tge salesman came to see us We even got a 24 month warranty with it being Easter weekend!!! Thankyou tb motorhomes and we will be sure to spread the word

Fantastic service! Recently purchased our first motorhome and was given an excellent service by this company. We felt no pressure to buy. Every question/query we had, they answered and was very knowledgeable on every motorhome. The handover was very smooth and quick. We initially went to look at an Eldiss caravan, and ended up buying a Lunar caravan, we was under no pressure to buy anything and Craig was not watching us look around the caravan pestering us but was on hand to swiftly answer any questions we had. We was shown everything we wanted answers to and Craig was very polite, and small issues we found was dealt with and regular updates via wattsapp. The handover with Josh was very thorough and he took his time to show us everything. I purposely left this review to until we have used the caravan a few time to make sure everything works as expected. We are very happy with our purchase and have no issues recommending this company in the future. Josh did all the CRIS registration on the handover day in front of us. We are now set for many years of caravan holidays in a lovely caravan. Many thanks to you both at TB MOTORHOMES LTD
