Taxi per SMS besteld en door hen bevestigd. Op de dag zelf niet komen opdagen. Ze waren niet op de hoogte van de rit! Zelfs nog geen excuses aangeboden!! Resultaat TGV naar Marseille niet gehaald en nieuw ticket moeten kopen!
Als je trein of vlucht moet halen, ergens anders reserveren.
Taxi Dilbeek is geen enkele ster waard.

Na een afspraak per mail zijn ze nooit komen opdagen en we stonden dus midden in de nacht op straat te bellen naar een nummer waar nooit werd opgenomen. Dit taxibedrijf is een foute keuze.

We ordered a taxi. First they said we should message the address, they confirmed the order by text. Secondly when we tried to call them they didn't pick up anymore when it was time. We called them 6 tiles and it went straight to voicemail. After 15min of waiting, another number called to say that they were there yet they weren't. We had been waiting outside the whole time and we didn't see a taxi coming or going. Do not call them.

I made a reservation. They forgot to pick me up because the driver wasn’t able to come and didnt inform his colleagues. I called them to ask where they were and the owner dropped everything to come and pick me up asap.

First time to order a taxi with this company, they didn't show up and it was impossible to reach them (6:30AM)... If you need to catch your train or plane without being completely in panic, i would recommend another company
