T mobile is the worst I just contacted the better business bureau office. I'm writing in all caps to get everyone's attention who reads this comment. I bought a iPhone 12 mini. I payed off the iPhone mini 12. I contacted customer service to make sure I was was doing everything right to unlock my phone. Customer service told me I payed off everything. I then switch carriers and found out two years later that my phone was not unlocked. I called customer service they had the nerve to ask me what what's my pin number so they can access my account. Its been two years. I would I remember that. Customer service told me to walk to a store to verify my identity. I did that when she made me make a pin I glanced at the screen and it said 70$ for 2025 owed as if my account was still open. I called customer service and they told me I owed money and they could not tell me why and that they will put a ticket in to unlock my phone. Something is fishy going on. It seems like t mobile does not want its customers to move on to different service. I payed off the phone and closed the account. I will be writing more people about t mobile. I don't like this one bit.

Internet Problems Horrible internet coverage! It will go down everyday anywhere from 5 to 25 minutes. Had T-Mobile at work (in town) and the company had to change it to Verizon which was 100% better.

Stay Away T Mobile I called T Mobile to cancel my wireless internet and was instructed to return the tower to a T Mobile store. I returned the tower in June 2,2024 at T Mobile a Store with receipt. Contract was paid til June 20,2024. I kept receiving bills all the way to November- spoke with Martin on Oct 11,2024 and then to Ginger on Oct 14,2024. Both confirmed receipt and it was just a mistake and stated it will be taken care of. Now, I'm getting collection from Cobb Law- I have to explain all over again. T Mobile is really HORRIBLE!. WORST service! Do yourself a favor- Stay Away!

Run from these scammers. From April 21st 2024 to September 27th 2024 these clowns stole $4,000, then from January 26th 2025 to January 31st 2025 they stole $655.74. I tried to reach out to the ceo, and to the executive response team to be made fun of, and told they need a pdf of a bank statement when I use a CASH MONEY SERVICE. So anyways they stalked me looking for a bank or cash money service then started stealing money because I refuse to setup a autopay, plus they locked my account and everything on it because I refuse to pay them $131 53 for a 6th time. And yes tmobile really does this to disabled veterans.

Dissatisfied to resolve issues with a promotional offer: I excepted an promotional offer with T-Mobile. After receiving the phone in the mail, took it to be activated in store so I thought. The same day my phone couldn't make a call. Wanted to keep my old number. Took it back to the store to correct the issue. Phone couldn't read the SIM card for some reason. Representative was told to replaced the SIM-card. This generated a new account. The promotion was not transferred to the new SIM card. Therefore T-Mobile tried to charge me for the phone I was issued under the promotion $280. They never contacted me about this issue. I received a letter from a collection agency for $104. Contacting customer service about this issue finally the matter was resolved but, then after paying my bill on time T-Mobile shut off my service without notice. I'm out of pocket $150 due to transferring to another company. As of January 2nd, 2025 with no/any refund in sight. Now I was gutted (3) different price to resolve the issue. $99/$104/ and $280. Which is it! A supervisor stated the only for me to resume service was to purchase another phone. They can't be serious. I made no or any mistake on my part to activate this phone, this issue was attempted by T-Mobile representative at the store. I praised T-Mobile for years and never had an issue with service or customer service. I'm extremely disappointed from start to finish.

Worst company I've ever dealt with. Customer services are a complete joke. Been using them for 5 years and all of the sudden my data service is garbage and calls and texts are spotty. When I contacted customer care I was treated like trash. Evey agent. Tech support is non existent unless you're in a high tiered plan. Save yourself the trouble and stick to Verizon. More money but way, way better service.

Worse service ever Im disgusted and hate TMobile service and customer service. I attempted to use my bank to pay bill and discovered they disabled this. Forcefully trying to collect reconnect fees. Then being told one amount but trying to collect another increasing bill by at least $35. I'm livid me and my son don't have entertainment nor am i able to use internet to do schoolwork! I wouldn't dare recommend this $#*!ty $#*! phone company and will be terminating contract as they suck $#*!! Was only late because I came down with covid! Words cant express how infuriated i am. Not paying after this month and filing this bull$#*! company under bankruptcy!

Dont use app to upgrade you dont get same services as you would using phone *** or store customer But why encourage us to use app it easy its quick but dont have same Benifits as using store *** or phone *** ** so people dont use app they *** you off for instant discounts

I ordered a T-Mobil wifi that would pick up a signal in my home. I returned the wifi unit with *** because T-Mobil guaranteed it. I started getting threat letters concerning the unit I returned. I tried calling and writing T-Mobil stating I had returned the unit and had my *** receipt to prove it. Their customer service was non-responsive and I continued to get threatening letters. Eventually a lawyer from another state threatened to take me to court. I ended up paying the lawyer for a unit. My credit score had been above 800, but it dropped because of the false reports sent to the credit bureaus. It seems T-Mobil spends most of their money on advertising and nothing on customer service.

Ripped off by T-Mobile T-Mobile is ripping off customers. On August 03,2024 at 3:04PM, I retuned a device to T-Mobile using the UPS return label received from them(Obtained a drop-off receipt from UPS). For some reason, I realized 4 months later that they are charging me for the device. After reaching out to T-Mobile customer care, I was told that they no trace of the device and that I should figure it out with UPS. I called UPS customer service and was able to track the device down to T-Mobile warehouse. UPS confirmed that the device was delivered on August, 08 2024 at 2:40PM (With Records). Even though I have all the records that the device have been returned, T-Mobile, have decided that I should pay for the device. I am very frustrated by their resolution. I shouldn't have trusted them, I feel betrayed and rip-off by T-Mobile. People should avoid buying devices from them at all cost. T-MOBILE IS A SCAM AT THIS POINT.

Have had to call T-Mobile month after month to have charges removed/credited. About 5 hours of time. They offer payment plans in which they break your bill into 2 parts. "It’s FREE to set up a payment arrangement online...". But then they charge you $7 late fee. Also, if you pay off your phone, they continue to charge you for jump insurance and extra $4 month. Lame excuse that most people upgrade. So those of us who can least afford to upgrader, are paying extra money for nothing EVERY MONTH. The $5 discount for using a bank account instead of CC, Is recouped under plan... "T-Mobile fee" of $5.02. They've credit it all back but not without monthly calls. Was mostly keeping them because of international travel convenience, but also spent HOURS in calls to get refunded for $200 in charges that they assured me wouldn't occur. I was proactive to understand the terms. Stayed with them for over 25 years for the customer service. Paying a premium. They are no longer worth the extra $$ because they're not trustworthy. It was my choice to spend more with them, but seeing too many hidden charges. The reps want you to be grateful for giving your money back. Am not a Karen, but also not a dope. I started the evening with a bill for $105 and now down to $49.10 for this month because of lots of different overcharges. 2 more hours wasted - Disappointed and Done. Hope to find a simpler more transparent billing system with the next company.

I canceled my service with TMobile in August of 2024, but for some reason they continued to charge me for my watch line. I called in again in November of 2024 to cancel my service again. They stopped auto drafting the charge from my account but sent me a bill instead for the months of November and December. Called in to customer service twice and was told it was a valid charge. Even though I've canceled the service twice and never even used the service for my watch.

Very poor customer service. Money oriented and definitely would NOT recommend for private or business. Multiple calls and given the run around. Outsourced to another country. No call back as promised. Wasting time.

My account is due the 17th of each month. I signed up for auto pay years ago. I never put money in an account that has auto pay for obvious reasons. When it gets close to the withdrawal date I transfer the money into the account to pay the debit. I have noticed the greedy T-Mobile folks often take their payment early!!!! This month I transferred the money on the 14th 3 days earlier than my contract payment date of the 17th. I wake up to a harassing text your payment was turned down on the 14th. I check with my bank and it was presented on the night of the 13th!!!! 4 days early. When I confronted their rep they stated that the 5% discount for auto pay allowed them to debit funds when they see fit!!!! Then charged me 10.00 to resubmit the payment in the 16th!!!! NEVER give them autopay!!!! They can’t be trusted to debit when the bill is actually due they claim it can be when they want to debit a bill not yet due. Low, low, low company.

They charged me for a year, 2 phone lines while I didn't have a single one! When I looked at the account, there's a random number I've never had! You'd think they'd apologize and refund me, but instead, they told me I should've checked my account! Pathetic! T-Mobile = Scammers.

Made switch to T-Mobile and it was the worse decision I have made. When bill is due you get a text and let's say your bill came due on the first and you get text from T Mobile on the 2nd if you do not set up payment then they will cut off your service. I am switching to Spectrum next week. Had enough of T Mobile. They have horrible customer service and never had issue with any cell providers like I have with T Mobile. Look anywhere else to get service or you will be very disappointed.

I’ve been lied to, and have been told multiple promises but all they do is say sorry and just leave you hanging. I did the home internet and they had a promo stating you get a $300 Visa card after 90 days. I went to follow up on it after 4 months and they told me they would look into it. Then it was put in and I would receive it after 7-10 business days. I followed up after a month. I then find out they didn’t put in for it, so I was told via chat and phone I would get a $150 evisa. Guess what. That didn’t happen either. It just sucks when they get you to switch with a promise and then not deliver. It is false advertising at its best.
