Excellent service, the man on the phone talked us through finding the information plate on our fridge to ensure the correct part, really helpful and the part arrived at our campsite the next day.

I’m sorry but the delivery time on your next day delivery is terrible!
I paid £9 for next day delivery. I understand that my order was after 1pm, but surly, the small package could have been picked up by DX parcels the following day, (1st. April)?
Timeline –
My ordered to you, Mon 31st March at 15.09
Picked up by DX, Wed 2nd. April at 18.27 (so, why not pick-up at 18.00 on the Monday?)
Delivered Thurs 3rd. April.
All that makes a delivery time of 3 working days delivery. Not next day delivery. That could have been sent by normal postage costs, not £9!
I am sure that being a large company like yourselves, a collection service, would be a necessity every day, or was it an April fools joke!

Aweful company. Paid for 10:30am delivery and they shouted at me when my parcel didn’t arrive by 10:30am. Then my parcel was delivered to the wrong address. A completely different postcode and they said it was nothing to do with them and got argumentative and said I was lying that it had been delivered somewhere else! Incompetent rude staff. Will never use again! Avoid unless you want to go on a parcel hunt for your delivery 5 streets away!!! I’m now having to work Good Friday because of this companies incompetence instead of spending time with my children!

After searching endlessly for a Dometic fridge/freezer panel pcb, I came across Swordcrown caravans. Gave them a call in the afternoon and was pleased to hear they had one in stock and said they would send out that afternoon. The delivery cost seemed a little steep but the item arrived the next morning at 8am by courier. Can’t fault the service, communication and speed of delivery. Excellent 👌🏻
