Would give a negative star if possible. Be careful. This agency got me an interview, I felt pretty great. The hiring manager even wanted to hire me. They mentioned they will contact my agency rep who was Jackie for next process. I call my agency rep and told her what happened. She told me the job didn’t want me which left me shock. I let it go.
1 month later, I’m using another agency. They were trying to get me same job unknowingly. I was told they didn’t want me because I was a no show to them previously.
Meaning I was hired from Swift Outsourcing Solution. I’m very confused why Jackie would tell me that the company didn’t want to move forward with me. MAKING ME A NO SHOW ON THEIR RECORD.
I didn’t found until 1 month later. WILL NEVER GO TO THIS AGENCY AGAIN
Honestly more resourceful and helpful than any other agency in the area ! Jackie was great help and was able to find an assignment the minute i came into the office not only did i get a good paying job that pays weekly but i now have a peace of mind ! Excellent service! We got in touch with Swift Outsourcing to help fill several seasonal worker positions in our warehouse for the Black Friday/Cyber Monday rush, and the people they hired were professional and capable. When we had a no-show, Swift was quick to respond and get a replacement worker for us same-day. I will definitely be using Swift Outsourcing.
