Swag Bucks is 100% SCAM I used Swag Bucks many years ago and stopped because they never paid out what was owed. I returned to it a couple months ago because they have had a lot of good offers for bank account signups. I had a problem with the first one out of the gate, but eventually received it. I cashed out only $50 out of the $110 on my account. I then did another bonus the other day which offered a huge $401 bonus. Before I could even complete the tasks needed for that one, I found myself banned today for absolutely no reason. A quick perusal through DoC's website indicates that Swag does this often for users that participate in high-value offers. Swag Bucks is 100% a scam. They will get paid for their referrals and keep your cut as well.

Like everything else that starts out good... I've been on swagbucks since 2018, my bucks to date is 225K but they continue to whittle away the options making it harder and harder to make it worth your time and effort. Most of the surveys detail a big payout and you get halfway through only to get booted because you don't meet the demographic. That 30 minutes you wasted on the survey gets you 1 swagbuck. They have weekly side games with a team thing and a bingo type thing, but if you are a regular you'll be lucky to be awarded 5 swagbucks for your hours of effort. Some stores still have a decent cashback, but that list continues to shrink and several of the better payers aren't even a local option. I had started hitting the games - since there aren't really many other options anymore - but two months in a row they've neglected to give me the swagbucks as advertised. I've attached a photo to illustrate the fine print that allows them to refuse you a 15,000 swagbuck payout. If an activity doesn't appear in your 'ledger' they tell you to wait 2 days, but you have to wait like a week before they will allow you to submit a formal inquiry. You submit the ticket and they come back and tell you that you should have checked your ledger for the activity. But when you check your ledger for activity and it's not there, they tell you to wait 2 days. So you waste all this time playing stupid stupid games thinking you'll have enough swagbucks to cover christmas, only to find you've been scammed. I'm considering lodging a formal complaint with the BBB.

Liars Don't waste your time with this app. They do not honor their offers. I hope this business folds soon. I completed all necessary steps, submitted proof and they still denied it.

Just a waste of time They are the most difficult site to earn points, and if you spend money they are great. But to just earn the surveys & offers are so cheap if you can even qualify for a survey. Good luck with that one. Would not recommend this site to my enemy. Use to be pretty great years back but they are working hard to become the worst one out there and succeeding for a long time now. Unless you have hours and hours to earn a measly buck Swagbucks is for you.

I lost all of my points. This hurt my feelings especially around the holidays. It takes SO long to earn points. I wouldn’t recommend this waste of time and space app to anyone. DO NOT DOWNLOAD 🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨 DONT WASTE YOUR TIME SPENDING AN HOUR ON A 15 MINUTE SURVEY, JUST TO HAVE YOUR ACCOUNT DEACTIVATED PERMANENTLY. I wouldn’t expect more than $20 IF THAT. Anything high priced they’ll do anything in their power to prevent you from getting paid.

SCAM I have made 600 + on Swagbucks plus had another 140 pending and as soon as I go to cash out for gift cards then a few days later I got an email my account was suspended and I had to verify my identity. That was after receiving an email saying one of my American Express 100 gift cards have been sent and 100 Walmart had been sent and also verified. But they deactivated account saying I didn’t comply with TERMS but will not reply from there. I am highly upset and have screenshots of everything. I will be getting a lawyer.

Swagbucks.com is definitely a scam A lot of big brands here have a low trust score and thats natural because customers usually leave a review when they are disappointed about the product they purchased or used. So I can't understand why ******* reviewers would praise Swagbucks because they are "earning" one dollar a month for spending endless hours of their precious time to answer to hundreds of surveys. Unless they are chatbots. Me too, I have answered some surveys and only after completing them I was informed that I was not worth that 1 cent for my time. There was an offer to download the Monopoly Go App and earn 30 USD by completing level 101 within 30 days. I did that in 16 days and guess what? They tracked until level 71. I emailed them before the deadline about this issue, and guess what? They never replied. Swagbucks.com is definitely one of the biggest scammers and fraudsters online, so just don't waste your precious time for them. They make money thanks to you and they laugh at you.

Not trustworthy They have lots of surveys, but all are grossly underpaid. Moreover, often the surveys are not rewarded although they have been completed. The customer service is non existent. The only positive aspect is that when they pay, they pay relatively quickly.

I was scammed out of $110 by Swagbucks, they seem to find it amusing On 01/24/24, I completed an offer from Swagbucks.com (Prodege LLC) to reach "Board 101" in the game "Monopoly Go" by 01/30/24 for a payment of $160.00. It was a difficult level to reach and, since Swagbucks had honored their offer in paying the much smaller amounts for reaching earlier board levels ($1, $2, $5, $15, and $35), I believed that they would also honor the major payoff of $160 for Board 101 and spent a good deal on "in-game purchases" in order to reach that board before my deadline, calculating that I would still come out ahead. When I reached Board 101, however, they did not credit me as they had for the earlier token-amounts. I submitted Ticket #******* on 01/25/24 explaining the problem, including screenshot proof of the offer and my completion of the required level. On 01/30/24, Swagbucks credited me $50.00 for reaching Board 101. I immediately responded to let them know that the amount was incorrect, it should have been $160.00, not $50. They replied that the amount was based on the ticket I had submitted and that "if the amount is incorrect, please reply to this message and let me know as soon as possible." I did so, again including a screenshot of the offer I completed with a promised payment of $160.00. They replied with exactly the same email, ignoring that I had just told them that the amount was incorrect and again telling me to let them know if the amount was incorrect, so I let them know again. This continued almost daily for five weeks, my telling them and providing proof that the amount was incorrect, them replying with the same response telling me to just let them know if the amount was incorrect, until I finally got it through my head that they had no intention of honoring their offer and were letting me know with sneering contempt that I could do nothing about it.

Help desk not helpful I stopped using Swagbucks when they stopped tracking my play like many other people and they stopped giving me credit when I contacted help desk. I thought I would give it another chance, but this time I didn't receive a credit in the middle of 2 others so surely they couldn't deny that I had earned the credit when I earned it for reaching a lower level and a higher level so the in between should be automatic. Nope. They still said there was no proof that I had earned the credit.

Terrible Customer Service They are slow and completely unresponsive. I am still looking for 7,500 Swagbucks that should have been rewarded in December. I even went to MonopolyGo Customer Support to provide a date of when I reached the level to receive said points. Attached it to my ticket and have heard nothing. It's funny how they go ghost when they need to payout the large amount of Swagbucks.

Poor customer service & site I have been playing a game that I would never play outside of this website. I have had so many issues with this website it's unreal. At first my phone didn't work and it said my phone was a VOIP/Pre-paid (untrue). Which in turn meant I had to wait awhile for them to fix that, cause you need your phone to view your progress and download games. Second issue arises, my game isn't tracking at all. I downloaded it from the link and everything. I put a ticket it and they couldn't even honor it. I'm owed about $30. They "can't track it" which is complete BS considering my phone had issues prior, so you can't even credit what I'm owed? I have all the receipts of the text with the link. The days I completed whatever task I needed to earn swag bucks. Their customer service is slow & they can't even honor anything. Go anywhere else but swagbucks.
