I’ve been ordering from this place for years, but today’s experience was extremely disappointing. I noticed they offer a fairly priced bento box that’s supposed to come with salmon, rice, and a full California roll. I ordered it, and after waiting an hour for delivery, I opened the box to find only half a California roll.
I called to ask about it, and the girl who answered didn’t seem to care at all. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. In my opinion, advertising a full roll and delivering half is misleading at best — and at worst, it feels like stealing. If you are giving half a roll just say that instead of lying.
After being a loyal customer for so long, this really left a bad impression. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from them again unless they fix this issue and start valuing their customers.
