My Ginger a husky has been going to Surrpaws for the past 3 years. In our opinion, there is no other pet shop pet grooming services that provides really dedicated pet grooming services like Surrpaws. We and Ginger have compared Surrpaws to many others and decided that Surrpaws is our best choice as Ginger is always happy to go there for dog grooming services, for treats and his food. He is not nervous or scared at all. Before Surrpaws, all those others that we brought him to always result in him sulking and moody. But with Surrpaws, he is always happy ! Highly recommend to anyone looking for good dog grooming in Singapore !

First time bringing my pup for full grooming, but got less than a thorough job, only found out that my pup ears weren't cleaned upon checking when I reached home. Have to make an extra trip down to have my pup ears clean just because they overlooked.
In future, will always check on the spot to ensure it's done.
But overall, a pleasant experience.
Had to tick the NDA upon online registration so cannot respond.

So I can't leave any review. Thanks for asking about Alex. He's good but the medicated bath didn't suit him, probably allergic to some ingredients, I dun know, but he kept rubbing his back against the trees n bushes n he was chewing his back area n paws aggressively on the way home n at home till almost raw. He got a midnight shower with coconut oil n honey to help soothe his inflamed skin. Please research what a basic n full grooming for schnauzer means. Alex has no skirting to begin with.
