Very bad quality products
I ordered one bag very bad quality n damaged ,so I mailed to customer care they said to send photos of the damaged bag after sending they said the damage was made by me ,it was very painful to here,they said they check the quality before sending to me nu,if they r 100 percentage sure about the quality check dept why did they ask for the photos ? These PPL if they get any good customer reviews they r sharing in their pages ,they should have the tendency to accept their faults too and acknowledge the same in proper way.
