The time that they put into detail was amazing. If you need Concrete polishing, In a timely manner check them out, they stuck to their time frame that was given.

We’ve had water backups in our basement several times. After consistently replacing carpet, we decided to find another option. After talking to some people at work, I got connected with Josh from SureShine Plus. He made the entire experience a breeze. He came on a Saturday morning to give a quote since that was the best time for me. His communication was incredible. Any questions were immediately answered in detail. He arrived when he said he would and finished on the schedule he set, even with setback due to weather. When it comes to the quality of work, it is second to none. Joshuah is one of the most communicative contractors I’ve ever worked with, never left me hanging if I had any questions, was great at follow up. Josh and his team did an amazing job on our basement floor. They went above and beyond working with the challenging conditions on the existing floor from the contractor that poured the concrete- high spots, voids, gaps etc. Josh answered all my questions before and during the work. He is super knowledgeable on the many technical aspects of concrete, concrete polishing and products he uses. As such everything was explained thoroughly with our end goals in mind to ensure we were satisfied.

If you are looking to get your floors done in your basement I highly recommend Sureshine Plus! They take in great pride in their work and are so great with detail! I'm so happy with them and now I don't have to worry about my floors getting ruined if water gets down there! Ask for Josh the owner, he is absolutely amazing!

Josh doesn’t shy away from the tough jobs. This is just one example from latest job of removal of multiple layers of different substrates (tile, laminate, wood, carpet), hauled out, and then concrete diamond grind and prepped for epoxy. I’ve had Josh of Sureshine Plus do similar concrete prep and I highly recommend if you were looking for this type of labor intensive services, or any concrete polishing work! Great attention to detail, and quality workmanship!
