Pros:- The most supportive staff I've ever worked for - Friendly and sympathetic - Listen to your wants and needs - Always happy to help when needed Cons:Only con is not being paid holiday but that comes with agency work Advice to Management:Keep with the supportive management because it makes such a difference.
Fantastic company
Pros:A great company to work for where employees genuinely feel valued. There are regular checkins to make sure workloads are manageable, along with clear and transparent career progression paths. The hybrid working model offers flexibility, and the team environment is positive and supportive. Managers are approachable, invested in your development, and genuinely want to see you grow and succeed. Cons:Wouldn’t be suitable for someone not wanting hybrid Advice to Management:Nothing I can think of.

Since qualifying 17 months ago, I have been with The Supply Register who have been incredibly supportive and have placed me in some wonderful schools. I have found they do their best to match me to schools within the key stage I want to work and distance I want to travel. Communication is open and honest, which is not always the case with supply agencies but I genuinely recommend this agency as they have been consistent throughout my time with them.

Pros:Hybrid working Reduced hours for executives Market leader Developed own system Structured business Career progression Health care scheme Cons:Would not be suitable for those not open to hybrid working. Advice to Management:Changes I would advise have recently been implemented and will impact the success of the business even further.
No Good
Save time recruiters and avoid working here, another meat grinder who will work you to the bone for six months and get rid of you so bonus is out the question, no guidance or support when working here from my own experience - other reviews from recruiters (not candidates) are a clear message.
