I had an amazing stay at Sunflower. The home was exactly as described, spotless, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfectly close to the centre of Heraklion making it easy to explore the area.Giorgos Platakis was incredibly responsive and provided excellent recommendations for local places and ensured I had a pleasant experience. The check-in process was very easy.I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a cozy, convenient, and well-maintained place to stay. I hope to return on my next visit to Heraklion.

Πολύ προσεγμένο δωμάτιο, με άψογη αισθητική και μέσα στο κέντρο του Ηρακλείου! Παρ' όλο το μικρό του μέγεθος, το δωμάτιο 12 έχει όλα τα απαραίτητα. Οι δύο μικρές ίσως ενστάσεις είναι για τις πολλές σκάλες που πρέπει να ανέβει κάποιος για να φτάσει στον 3ο όροφο και τις εσωτερικές πόρτες που λειτουργούν με κωδικό και σου δημιουργούν μία ανασφάλεια. Ωστόσο θα το επέλεγα ξανά, καθώς για αυτά που προσφέρει είναι παραπάνω από τίμια επιλογή!

Από την εμπειρία μας στα δωμάτια 12/16, το sunflower apartments είναι μακράν τα καλύτερα ενοικιαζόμενα που έχουμε επισκεφτεί. Υπερσύγχρονα οικονομικά καινούργια δωμάτια, εχουν τα καλύτερα μπαλκόνια, όλες οι παροχές σε κάθε δωμάτιο (καφετιέρα-καφες, ψυγείο, τοστιέρα, κουζίνα-σκεύη, βραστηρας, τηλεόραση). Ο ιδιοκτήτης ευγενέστατος φιλικος, απαντάει πάντα άμεσα, Πρέπει σίγουρα να το επισκεφτείτε

Good location, nicely finished (modern) and good customer service but cramped room and air con needs work.

☹Very cramped! No room to put your suitcase etc, I think pics made it look a bit bigger than it was.
The air con is very temperamental - door has to be shut to use it (which is fine although there is no information about this, we had to text and ask) but it still doesn’t react properly to the remote. It turned on and off of its own accord meaning we woke up boiling. The unit didn’t react to the remote when you turned it in and off or turned the temperature up/down. Maybe there was some fancy way to work it but there was no information about how to work it if so!
We didn’t get any information about check in meaning we had to wait around when we arrived which wasn’t ideal after a day of travelling. However I have to say when I rang for help they were very helpful and soon texted over some details. The door code to our room initially didn’t work but she managed to remotely let us in and then fixed it quickly so customer service was very good.
Εξαιρετική αισθητική πολύ μοντέρνο, πανέμορφο και καινούργιο διαμέρισμα. Δε θυμίζει με τίποτα παλιό σπίτι παλιάς πόλης αλλά μια ολοκαίνουρια κατασκευή. Στην καρδιά του κέντρου της πόλης. Καθαρό και εξοπλισμένο ακόμη και με λογοτεχνικά βιβλία. Το μπάνιο με γυάλινες λεπτομέρειες, η βεράντα πανέμορφη με μια υπέροχη αιώρα. Ευγενική εξυπηρέτηση και γρήγορη επίλυση προβλημάτων.
