Got our panels and Zappi in about a year ago. Has been working very well since. Installation is very neat and tidy. Top class workmanship. Had a little problem with panel/roof but they came back immediately and fixed it immediately. No questions asked- no problem. Not the cheapest in the business but then “ you buy cheap, you buy twice “. That has always been my motto and it hasn’t let me down yet.

I would have no hesitation recommending Sunarc from the first phone call to explaining how the system works the lads were second to none. My system has been in 10 months I have had no problems at all and even more important no electric bills I’m still in credit Billy and Pat are very easy to deal with and have excellent after sales attitude no question is too small thanks Sunarc and continued success.

Excellent professional company to work with. No messing around quality workmanship, on time, great comms and the people were so engaged and easy to work with. Pat, Billy and Charmanie couldn't have been more friendly and responsive to my needs, nothing was an issue the system is purring in the background, looks great and I can tell it is done with care and professionalism. I am delighted with the quality of the installation Sun Arc has done for me. Pat suggested I consider a ground source panel array, which I am delighted with. I now have an 8.3 kWp system supporting domestic electricity use, domestic heating (heat pump) and two electric cars with high mileage so I am very close to being fully electrified. I expect the panels to supply about 40% of my annual electricity requirements thereby further reducing my emissions substantially.
I found Pat, Billy, Charmaine and their field staff to be friendly, courteous and efficient and the job was delivered on time. I am delighted with the finished product and that I dealt with them.
A five star service!

I would have emailed yourself, but you refused to provide a contact email. I was never rude - I was simply looking for details that you seemed unable to provide.
The point of reviews is people leave their opinion - you cant start complaining at bad reviews - maybe improve your business ?
Unacceptable behaviour is lying to your customers.

However, the reason we cancelled your install and returned your deposit was your unacceptable behaviour towards our admin staff (a young girl fresh out of school by the way) on the phone.
