Sehr schön und empfehlenswert ! ☺Frühstück reichhaltig , frisch und vielseitig . Service aufmerksam und freundlich. Wahlmöglichkeiten zwischen verschiedenen Frühstücksorten und Roomservice sehr gut! Neben den Cocktails schöne Angebote mit Snacks und zum Mittag - und Abendessen in BB Lounge. Schöne Pools. Parkplatz in Tiefgarage inclusive. ☹Lage der Suite (Akamai) diesmal nahe am Kreisverkehr und daher etwas laut. Weite Wege und nicht leichte Orientierung im Haus.

Lovely relaxing stay ☺ It was all very good, staff were exceptional.

A mixed bag - some bits remain good but some of the other elements they have tried to change have definitely not worked. ☺ The suites are still very nice - particularly those with good views of the sea and higher up and set back a bit. Avoid the subterranean ones. Also some staff (particularly Javier, Corina etc at reception) are extremely helpful. ☹ The food in the bar and via room service is awful - truly awful. Not sure what has happened, as when we stayed here for October half term, two years ago it was good. Last week though it was so disappointing. Really poor menu and the food was so bad it was almost comical. Think tiny squashed burgers with eight to ten limp and cold chips scattered on a plate with no salad / dressing of any kind. Also a real shame that while there used to be a good and buzzy bistro / cafe in the sports club, that is now gone. Breakfast is now in a basement underneath reception. The previously good cafe at the sports club has been replaced by a restaurant only open in the evening and, it seemed, largely empty. Only a tiny cafe bar there now unable to do much more than coffees. All the nice and healthy food / smoothies etc is no longer available. This is a real pity as families staying here with young children (ie the vast majority of the guests) usually find it much harder to eat outside the hotel (you need to book to eat early in the evening or alternatively organise a baby sitter). However because the food is now so bad at the hotel, most people, like us, ate elsewhere (their F & B takings must have fallen off a cliff). Also some of the staff working in the bar were terrible - not properly trained and moody / surly.

Outstanding. Our second stay and we'll be back again without doubt. ☺ The beautiful view, the spacious suites and balconies, the staff, the gym/padel tennis, the food, the breakfast boxes delivered to your room so you can enjoy breakfast outside in privacy and enjoy the view, the cleanliness, the rooms being equipped with pretty much everything. It is truly beautiful and staff are incredible. ☹ The pool is far too cold. I didn't use it once, which is a big part of my holiday as I adore swimming. Apparently, it is 26 degrees, but it is baltic.

FIN DE SEMANA EN EL HOTEL BAOBAB ☺El desayuno bufet fue excelente, estaba todo buenísimo y recién hecho y además, el personal del hotel en todo momento estuvo pendiente por si nos faltaba cualquier cosa. ☹El sensor de la puerta del garaje no funcionó a la hora de salir del hotel, aunque con avisar en recepción fue suficiente para que ellos la abrieran, no fue mayor problema.
