So I went to service my car for a oil change. In the process of waiting i went to use the bathroom and there was a lady already in the bathroom, she is a employee tha works in the service department. That employee purposely peed all over the toilet seat, which was disgusting. Also the guy from the service didn't update my sticker from when my next oil change would be
Subaru of Glendale takes such good care of me! Since I bought my Ascent in 2018, I've been getting all my oil changes and service needs taken care of at the dealer (I only get tires elsewhere.) This is not my first Subaru, so I felt I could trust the dealer, but Subaru of Glendale really goes above & beyond. Recently, when I ran into a more repair serious issue, my service rep Esteban explained everything in such a helpful way. And when I was in need of an emergency repair, the dealership rewarded my loyalty with an incredible discount on the labor costs. I'm eternally grateful!

ASK for CODY. Period, this guy is exactly what I wanted when I was looking for my new car. NO NONSENSE, NO GAMES, NO PRESSURE. Honest and extremely direct with what costs what. . Highly highly recommend!! I am beyond grateful for Mazi, David, Chafi, and Cesar. They really took care of me. I was so surprised when I was able to trade in my current vehicle for a brand new one. I recently was coming upon the time to make a decision on my 2022 Crosstrek that was on lease and had options to either turn in the lease, buy my car outright or get into another leased car. Ladi who I bought my last car through helped get me into a new lease. Let's just say her and the sales manager were able to move mountains to get me in a new car even with some past credit challenges unrelated to my previous lease. I am forever grateful and will continue to buy cars from Ladi. Hand down she is the best car sales person I have ever bought a car through in my years of buying cars. I have now bought two cars through her and will continue to buy cars from her. Subaru and this dealership are lucky to have her as a salesperson.
Mario Gasca helped me lease my new Subaru Outback, he was very personable and professional.
