Just use it and keep using it. I have used Strivectin since it came on the market. I'm 73. Absolutely none compare to this product. It is not drying. If anything, after applying it you feel like you've put a thin layer of oil on. Love it! Use light and gentle massage all around your eyes, but not on the top lid. Yes, I've tried other high dollar creams, some touted in Beauty Magazine. I end up using them on my arms and sometimes my feet so I haven't waisted my money. I use all their products - eye, retinol, SPF, hand. I will never stop using it. People think I'm 50 or sometimes even younger. I have just a few small wrinkles around my eyes. Be religious. I smear their first product all over my face, ears, lips, neck, and down to my breasts. If I could afford it, I would put it all over my body. It is totally noncomedogenic. Twice a day. Use it. Just use it!

Not a safe bet for advancing a career, unless you are C suite/have stock. Pros:Genuinely good products, and a decent global reach. Learned a lot about skincare, beauty and luxury industry. I liked my team for the most part. Cons:The company is going from just being acquired to probably another sale, not a safe bet for someone searching for a job in general. Passion for the products/brand is nowhere to be seen. Not very bold ideas. Advice to Management:Figure out the brand identity, communicate with and motivate your teams better. Brand needs a creative overhaul.

Awful company. Pros:Awful company. Unfair do not waste your time. Cons:Zero work life balance, often 6 day work weeks on a salary, you will not get any holidays off, zero compassion for the team, worst management so unprofessional & rude the only thing they are concerned about is numbers. You will work every weekend. No room for advancement. Advice to Management:Stop treating the staff like they don’t matter and remember they have a life outside of work.

Doesn't work I do not have a puffy neck, just a bit of loose skin. Used StriVectin for several months..... so excuse me, what does TIGHTENING MEAN? BIG waste of time and money. Nada, nothing, not even a hint; a pricey fiasco. I'm even embarrassed to leave my name.LC

Out of touch corporate culture with little concern for people's opinions Pros:• The office was nice... when they had one. • Business is doing well • Good benefits • Work hours end at a reasonable time • The people who make up the lower level positions of the company are talented and nice... Cons:• ...but those talented people are rarely empowered enough by their superiors to make their own decisions. • Large turnover rate - expect to take on more work depending upon which team you're on. • Growth is promised but rarely actually given. • Raises and promotions are given yearly – they won't even talk about a raise before this period. • You'll work harder, not smarter. • Leadership is out of touch — this includes everything from the casual racist comment regarding certain models to the expectation that everyone should be happy and "carry on" when the company gets acquired with zero information. • "Culture" depends on the team you are on and how much of a concern it is to your team leader. • I've been witness to some screaming fits from certain higherups in the past... • Process is nonexistent and everyone higher up has an ego (even if they claim not to) Advice to Management:If you value your employees then there are other ways to show it. It was always obvious that the goal was to be acquired, but giving everyone a "pat on the back" while higher management is making serious bank just feels crappy. I'm sure it feels great to pocket a hefty bonus from being acquired, but when your employees are stressed and tired of not having their voices heard, then does that actually feel good? You have a product that people want, take some time and actually invest in the people who keep the ship floating. It's not a complicated thing to do.

Need to use your imagination to note any improvement 1) To begin with, It's really hard to see an improvement on your before and after pictures. 2) it's almost impossible to remove product from the packaging. 3). When you do remove the jar, it's left with a gooey, stick glob on the bottom. 4) And most important, it really doesn't do anything (i.e., it doesn't work..... a waste of money)
