Step Up to the Plate Stratus!!!!!!!!! I have been trying to get in touch with one of Stratus apartment complexes for two days. Our son who is in college is leasing an apartment with them and hasn't had a refrigerator for 6 days, they told me 5 days ago it would be fixed that afternoon. Five days later I can't get a phone call returned and no one is ever in the office at the property. We have had to throw out over $200 in food and has had to eat out every meal for 6 days. Stratus should be ASHAMED on how this place is run and just taking money from tenants without services rendered. I will be filing a complaint with the county and state government.

My company contacted Charlie when we were looking for a property to purchase or lease in the Atlanta area. After a single interview with Charlie by video conference, my wife and I were convinced that he was our agent. He helped us narrow down the search to Alpharetta and located several options, advising us along the way. Charlie was very good on the contract side, knowledgeable in every aspect of the negotiation. He handled complexities with seller, bank, leases, contractors, and more, and represented us with attorneys and even the city. He went above and beyond the call of duty and was always communicating by phone, text and email. This was especially useful since we were in Florida throughout most of the project. I've had a few commercial deals in my career, and Charlie has been amongst the best in realtors I have worked with. We'd be happy if he could represent us in future deals in other states!

Charlie does a great job sourcing off-market apartment deals for us. Many say they can find off market deals, but they usually end up being a gigantic waste of time as the broker just throws around financials without any good presentation or analysis. It usually is a broker just throwing around financials without any qualification of the opportunity at all, in an attempt to earn a fast fee. But not Charlie, he worked hard and made sure the Seller was qualified, the opportunity was well understood, and the deal kept on track. He was far more involved, in a good way, than any investment sales broker I've dealt with in a long time.

Our business utilized Mr. Charlie Charroll's service in the office brokerage. We are very happy with Charlie's service. He is responsive, professional, attentive and punctual. We have used multiple brokers previously. No doubt, Charlie is the best one and we want to stick to Charlie forever. I truly honor Charlie as our business partner.
