Storm solutions did our hurricane shutters. Their installation was very professional. The mark of a truly good company is how they handle problems. The reason I can highly recommend this company is that when there was a problem they responded quickly and fairly. The owners were often on the job site to make sure the work was done correctly. This company made good on all their promises and I can recommend them without hesitation.

Update: After canceling yesterday and being given wrong address crew showed up without new slider panel or track. They had been sent to adjust slider? They informed us that fixing track would take cutting out stucco and it would take all day, they then left to report to office. Over 1 year from install still not repaired.Will my slider ever be fixed? Looks like my old one.

We were extremely happy with the service we received from Storm Solutions. Our issues were dealt with quickly and the technicians were wonderful and knowledgeable. The appointments were kept and on time. We could not be happier Dealing with them has been a great experience.

A few years ago i purchased over 15K in windows/doors from this company and over 3k in cabinet fronts. As a contractor I stipulated that they follow manufacturers installation requirements that windows/doors be mounted with no more than 1/4" gap for shimmimg...I asked for 1/8" to keep them honest. They assured me that this would be achieved. Once installed they had shimmed up to 1" and backfilled with caulk. I had the owner out who shrugged his shoulders and told me it should be fine. They then scratched one of the frames and repaired very poorly with the wrong color paint and failed to provide trim replacement as contracted. They also installed one of the doors backwards and would have left it that way had I not requested they correct their error. Then the cabinet fronts arrived. They were banged and damaged which was verified by the salesperson and the manufacturer's rep. He told the salesperson they would receive a full credit and I had already paid 1/2. When I attempted to apply this as a credit for the purchase of new fronts the salesperson ghosted me. No response after several attempts so I went with a different company and took the loss. Today I tried to place an order for some windows as the manufacturer of the windows assured me that ownership of this installer had changed and the new owner was doing a better job. The purchasing manager told me they would not accept my order because I was a bad customer. Anyone attempting to use this company might want to consider my experience as an example of how they do business. I should not have listened to the manufacturer and believed that things had improved.

Great Service from Start to Finish. I applied for (and received) a mySafeFloridaHome grant to strengthen my opening protection. Of the contractors available Storm Solution was the most local one with a reasonable quote (some others where quite outrageous). The process from start to finish was smooth, the new door was delivered within the estimated time frame and the installation looks sturdy, clean and well done. The original concrete under the bottom door sill was crumbling and the install technicians took the time and care needed to rebuild and strengthen before installing the door. Storm Solutions also subcontracted the garage door (they told me about that during the initial quote). Initially the garage door install didn't go well but Storm Solutions stayed on top of making sure everything was done well in the end. I would strongly consider this company again for my next Window/Door needs.

I have to start by saying that I completely regret using Storm Solutions for my impact windows and doors. I didn’t always feel this way. Everything started well. I didn’t try to beat them down on price or try to rush the job. I just wanted what they promised. The job started as expected in early July 2023 but literally the minute the crew showed up things started to go bad. For starters not a single person spoke English. I had to call the office for them to translate anything I needed, like them correcting 2 doors that they hung backwards. We also had multiple windows that had to be rehung because the first crew didn’t install them correctly. They also installed the screens on our windows that were obviously damaged. Not a big deal, but someone thought we would overlook them. The caulking job is absolutely terrible and the first rain we had after the job was “complete” we had a major water leak that I had to take care of to prevent damage to our home. Every time they came to fix a mistake something else was done incorrectly. A coupe doors had internal blemishes but they were taken care of in early December 2023. We dealt with several different people over the course of several months trying to get our windows and doors fixed. Just a frustrating experience for the amount of money we paid. This review comes down to empty promises and disappointing work.

100% satisfied with the entire process from quote to installation! One thing that stands out is the communication I received from Storm Solutions in regards to my hurricane shutter project. They kept in touch about the process, permitting, production, scheduling, and installation! It was a pleasure to do business with Storm Solutions.

I just had some impact resistant windows installed by Storm Solutions and I must say that their service was phenomenal. Jamie did an excellent job coordinating the install and the team that were sent were professional, courteous and efficient. I would highly recommend Storm Solutions .

Storm Solutions has just completed installing our hurricane protection windows. Our experience with this company is the by far the most outstanding experience we have encountered throughout our Hurricane Ian repair process. Beginning with our sales person throughout the entire installation process everything was professional, timely and courteous. Communication was always responsive to concerns as well as keeping us in the loop. The installation crew let us know they were on the way and arrived on time. They explained what they would be doing and how. They were courteous, competent and clean up was amazing! We will definitely use Storm Solutions in the future!!

I am very late posting this review, StormSolutions installed everything right after Irma. The two well trained teams of Storm Solution installers, lead by Kevin, were my community's choice to install new impact lanai sliders and horizontal rolling impact windows. There are 240 units with either 5 or 7 windows. After more than two years ( and Ian ) the consensus is that Storm Solutions served us extreamly well, the winows and sliders worked flawlessly and our community looks better. Great ownership, great employees, happy community !

Excellent customer service. Fixed our window while there to quote a new door and didn't charge us. Quality products and knowledgeable staff.

Larry did a prompt professional installation of our new screens and left the area immaculate when finished. Very refreshing to see a tradesman behave so professionally.

Storm Solutions completely tore out and rebuilt the outside wall of our condo and installed new hurricane resistant windows and door in May/June 2022. We are very satisfied. Besides looking great, there was no hurricane damage at all. Not a drop off of water or any moisture entered at all. We are very satisfied. Highly recommend.

They have a large and encompassing product set from a variety of top manufacturers and I guess I would call their pricing kind of average. They seemed knowledgeable so I went with them for the purchase of four hurricane rated sliding glass doors, two of them were three panel and two of them two panel. When I place the order totaling over $15,000 for just the Marvin doors without installation the salesman told me that since it was such a large and expensive order, he would have the doors delivered even though I was responsible for the installation. It took 20 weeks for my order to come in even though the estimate started at 12 weeks and when I got the call, suddenly the salesman forgot about the commitment he made to deliver these 10 sliding door panels so I had to rent a box truck to go pick them up. They didn't have the whole order in one place and I had to do my own inventory to make sure I got everything and had I not, I would have left there without 2 9-ft tracks and the associated framing. Not that big a deal but what really irritated me is that when I went to install the first door there were absolutely no fasteners with the doors. I think they probably made over $7,000 on this order and it's infuriating that when I talk to him about the fasteners the salesman offered to sell me the fasteners I needed. That's pure greed and not taking care of a customer whom they profited from well. I think I would shop around a bit more before I went with Storm Solutions again.
