Very disappointing. They did the repairs quickly and sloppily, and left a huge mess. When I called Victor to ask them to come back and redo the drywall, he told me that they would be back the next morning. Of course they never showed. I called Victor around 11 that day and he never picked up my call, and wouldn't return my messages or texts. Fast shoddy workmanship, sloppy, and wouldn't come back to fix the crappy texture job. Do yourself a favor and shop around, they SUCK!

Victor and his team are truly outstanding. They provide excellent customer. They showed up same day provided quality work and fair price I definitely recommend them!

I recently hired OCERT1 Water and Fire Damage Restoration to complete a renovation of my kitchen, floor, and bathroom, and I couldn't be happier with the results. We had unfortunately experienced a flood in our kitchen and needed complete floor replacement on the entire first floor. Some additional damage to some kitchen cabinets prompted our decision to proceed with a complete kitchen and downstairs bathroom renovation. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, Victor and his OCERT1 team were always professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. One thing that really stood out to me was the fact that Victor handled all the communications with my home insurance, which made the whole process so much easier for me. He also coordinated the pack out and pack in of all my belongings, which was a huge relief since the whole first floor had to be replaced which required the downstairs space to be emptied of all valuable furnishings including our artwork, pool table, multiple TVs, appliances, etc. In addition to the renovation work, Victor and the team also painted the entire first floor, which really tied everything together nicely. We also updated all the old incandescent canned lights to updated energy efficienct LED's as well as added more aesthetic flush mounted light fixtures and under cabinet lighting all on dimmers for a more mood lighted ambient light effect. At my request, they even transformed a small portion of the kitchen into a full wet bar with a sink and wine refrigerator, which completely exceeded my expectations. Throughout the renovation process, Victor was immediately responsive and kept me informed of their progress while also addressing any concerns I had promptly. They even brought to my attention an electrical outlet added by the previous home owner that "was not to code," and corrected it. He also provided valuable recommendations and suggestions that helped bring my vision to life. The quality of their workmanship is exceptional, and the attention to detail is evident in every aspect of the project. My kitchen, floor, and bathroom look amazing, and I have received endless compliments from everyone who has seen them. Overall, I highly recommend Victor at OCERT1 for any renovation project. They are reliable, skilled, quick, and dedicated to delivering exceptional results. OCERT Team came through for me when I needed them the most. The last thing I wanted to do was handle a full blown leak and manage the repairs. OCERT1 helped me file a claim and gathered all the reports I needed so that my insurance could process my claim. The adjuster on my file was not nice and didn't want to pay for the damage. I'm glad Victor and team were there to help. They handled the claim, repairs, and helped me pick quality replacement material for all my damage. I'm glad I called OCERT.

Victor remodeled my parent's bathroom and the toilet wasn't caulked, the floor is lifting and the baseboard on the shower is separating. He told me to just caulk it myself. I talked to him once, because the lady that recommended him called him and asked him to call me. After that, I haven't been able to get a hold of him since February. He said he has a 5 year warranty. That's a joke!! He doesn't return calls or texts.

Is anybody else having a problem getting Victor to respond? I've been calling and texting since Feb 3rd. I need some things fixed from his bathroom remodel. I talked to him 1 time since then. He's said he had a 5 years warranty, but told me to caulk the toilet myself. It's not my area of expertise.

I had a leak in my upstairs shower and the mold remediation company had to demo my bathroom shower, tile floor, and cut a big hole in my downstairs ceiling. They recommended OCERT1 and I'm glad they did. I called other contractors and a lot of them don't work with insurance companies. OCERT1 does and returned my calls promptly and Victor came by and answered all of my questions. Once we were ready to go, him and his crew showed up and worked to get my renovation done in a timely manner. They were really good about working around my schedule and didn't mess around at all. Victor was also good about making sure everything was done correctly. I can tell you I went cheap the first time I redid my shower and I paid the price for it with the leaky shower pan. When the project was done, they cleaned up and made sure everything was working. There were a couple of issues I saw, but Victor came by and fixed it until I was satisfied with the final product. It was a pain dealing with the insurance company, but once I got approved and got my estimate, I just let Victor get to work and didn't have to worry about price or paying any money. So far, I'm really impressed with my new shower and ceiling. I'd recommend giving OCERT1 a look if you need a contractor.

I had a restoration project to be completed in my home. I found Ocert1 and they were great and agreed to do the my restoration project on short notice. They did an exceptional job at restoring my kitchen, dining room, breakfast room, living room flooring, and covered patio flooring. They went above and beyond in completed the contracted job. They also went out of their way to help with additional things that came up during the restoration project. They were also very understanding and dealt with my extreme pickiness about things being done and a couple of changes that I requested. They were extremely thorough with my project and making sure everything was exactly how I wanted it to be. If something was not to my liking or even their liking the fixed it immediately. My project came out better than I hoped it would. I would definitely contact them if I ever have another project. Thank you to Ocert1 for everything you did.
