They have refunded me. It took a while but it was figured out. I still would like this to be a smoother process but it looks like the box we used to return items may have not been in line with their system. I like many of the clothes with Stitch Fix. The return process is what made this difficult. Original Review: Dec. 30, 2024 This company owes me around $700 since September and I cannot reach anyone who actually follows up! I received a number of items that I asked not to get. I returned all items more than in advance of the deadline, completed return prep online and put them in a UPS box. Little did I know, that would be the last I saw of the clothes and they would charge me full price. This is beyond unacceptable and customer service is horrible! I cannot reach a manager or anyone who can seem to follow up. They are saying packages are not showing up. I put ThEIR return sticker on each one and put it in the UPS box. This is a nightmare!
They will not let you cancel
They will not cancel or delete your card information from there system. I had to block my cards and freeze my account. They sent the items to the wrong address and told me I still have to pay for them. They said they are not responsible for where items get shipped. They never close your account. I have had to get a lawyer to close the account. I wish I never heard of this company. They are trying to ruin my credit and stop my from buying a house, because I wanted to cancel and they will not cancel it. Please for your credit, do not give them your card information. I had to close my account with my bank and deal with there billing department later.
Stitch Fix can be a fun experience...until it isn't.... You complete questions to give your 'stylist' a guide and they send you items as often as you state you want them to come.... The positives include trying new styles in the comfort of your own home, expanding your taste in clothing if you can open your mind to it, and having the chore of actual 'shopping' left up to someone else. The downside is - if you travel and it comes while you are away for an extended period of time and you didn't realize it was coming and you hate the clothes it's going to cost you some money even if you return every single item unworn, if you belong for a period of time you notice that you are getting the exact same items in various colors, if you have friends who also use the service your outfits will begin to match, you can forget contacting a human being because this just isn't a thing with them.... It's EXTREMELY difficult to speak with anyone. And, FINALLY canceling your subscription all together has to be done by emailing the company and you need to google how to do it as you won't simply come across it on the app or website. To be fair - I have actually recommended it to others but encourage them to know all of the facts upfront.
Customer Service won't answer calls- been trying to cancel subscription
I have tried numerous times to cancel my subscription and tell them to STOP sending fixes, but they don't answer the phone, and provide NO number or link to cancel my account. I am having them blocked from just taking Styling Fees at their whim! They appear to refuse to allow cancellations!

Stylist doesn't listen plus I was charged
I was hoping to update my wardrobe and I gave Stitchfix a try. However, it was like they didn't read anything I had written down because they got me everything on my do not want list. I ended up returning my items the very next day and I will still charged for them at the end of the month. I contacted customer support and they told me there's nothing they can do about it.
First let me say that I used to love Stitch Fix. I started with them back in 2018. I had a stylist that got to know me and my style over time. I would get fixes every month-3 months. There was a $20 styling fee that was deducted off any purchase you made from your box. They would send you a box of 5 items and if you chose to keep all 5 you got a 25% discount. All was great until things started to change. They got rid of a lot of their full time stylists, (including mine). After that things went downhill. I tried several stylists but was having trouble finding someone that read my feedback and notes. I found out they shortened the time the stylists had to style a customer. They did add "Style Pass" only available to selected participants. You paid $49 a year (applied to your first purchase) and they waived the $20 styling fee per fix. That helped because I wasn't liking much of anything in my fixes. More began to change like adding AI and algorithms that were supposed to watch what you bought and kept and key words from notes and what items you liked. Well I'm not sure how this computer algorithm works, but for me anyway, it was dead wrong on things it selected for me. They began giving you a fix preview of about 10 items to chose from and that was almost exclusively done by the algorithm. I'd repeatedly leave feedback on certain things, and it was never listened to. I tried several times to contact customer service to explain what was happening. But they were never able to do anything that helped. I finally asked them to post a permanent note on my file that I didn't want certain items in my fixes, like dry clean items, wide leg pants, etc. I gave them one more shot and in my fix 3 of the items I didn't want appeared. Getting fixes just isn't fun anymore. It's more of a frustration. They do have another option for Freestyle purchases where it's just like online shopping from their store. But for some odd reason they will not offer the 5 piece discount in Freestyle which I think would be a great option. If they ever do this I'll be back because I do like a lot of their brands and got to know which ones fit me well. Other than that, I'm done with fixes. Maybe others had differing experiences, but that is my perspective. I wouldn't be surprised if this company goes under if they don't start listening to their long time customers.
The app doesn't offer the customer much control of their account, very short return window, does not communicate policies clearly, though it was enforce them, while reminding you they have an FAQ page, making it clear their policy is that it's your responsibility to seek out answers rather than being communicated at the time by them. My second delivery didn't show up and nobody said why. I messaged for help and it took the agent some time to figure out why it didn't show up, and then they recited policy to me as if it was obvious, though they didn't know the answer initially. The prices are steep also. It's not for me. I need more control of my purchases.

We used to get every few months for our disabled daughter. Then we updated her acct. She went from L to M for next delivery. A large arrived. We sent back a note with full return. Another Large came. Sent note and email (can’t call them!) and 3rd delivery came as a Large! Also, never returned the $20 charged with each delivery and no one reached out in any way and never got a delivery with Medium sized clothing. Took a lot of our time to try to resolve and not resolved. We used to refer and use every year for almost a decade and now we won’t even refer!
I was a Stitch Fix customer on and off for a few years but after Feb 2023 I was over it. I only kept about 1/3 of the fixes and I wasn’t impressed with the quality of the clothes. I cancelled my auto shipments and went on with life. This was Feb 2023. This morning, March 28, 2024 - I received an email from Stitch Fix to “Get Ready for my Fix” and a tracking number?!? I went into my account and suddenly my auto shipments are turned on to start sending regular fixes and sure enough one is on the way. To be clear - I have not accessed my account in over a year. Not even to look at the clothes you can buy without a fix being involved. I immediately RE-CANCELED my auto shipments and listed the reason as “I canceled this over a year ago.” The only means I found to contact customer service was the live chat. In the images below you can see that, though very kind, the agent suggests it’s probably bc of something I did. I probably accidentally ordered a fix or “clicked on an email.” I have not been on the Stitch Fix site in over a year, until this morning. I have not received, seen or if one did arrive have not opened a Stitch Fix email since my last order in Feb 2023. Beware of this company. There are sales tactics to increase sales and this is one of them. Send out an “accidental order” and hope they like it and buy! It’s always easier to apologize and say “I don’t know what happened”. In the end, Stitch Fix said they are unable to stop the shipment so I can refuse the package (if I’m home when delivered) or ship it back. But the also mentioned I can check out the fix and just send back what I don’t like too. Beware. Total dishonest company.
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
I set up 2 accounts. 1 for me, and 1 for my son using 2 different e-mails. They de-activate my son's account, but continue to send clothes and charge me. I have no way to check out or cancel the account. I have at least 12 e-mails into customer service and the issue remains unresolved. Very disheartening!
I have been a customer of Stitch Fix for over a year. I keep about 1/3 of the items, because frequently they are lower quality than I like. In July, I kept a small leather purse by American Leather Co. It was $138. Says months later, the color is rubbing off the purse badly but when I contacted Stitch Fix they said there is no remedy. No return, no credit. When I told them that made me reconsider being a customer, they went into my account and turned off my seasonal shipments "for me" without further discussion. There's a very good chance I wasn't going to buy anything else from this company anyway, but that action on the their part solidified my decision. Bad customer service will sink this company.

Low Quality items and customer service
I've been a customer for a year. Most stuff I keep is inexpensive - so the low quality is not necessarily a problem. But then I paid $138 for a little leather purse by American Leather Co and within 6 months the color started rubbing off badly. Stitch Fix would not back up their product - no remedy was available. When I told them that did not make me feel like I should continue being a customer, they went into my account and turned off my seasonal shipments "for me." Terrible customer service. Not getting anything from here ever again.
Never Listen
The company is incapable of listening to anything besides what you tell them for your size. They don't actually style anything towards what you need, they just try to send you what they have.
You want business casual for work? How about a crop top sweater?
0/10 terrible service it's a WASTE of money
Poor quality and bad customer service
Bought pants for $70 and the seams came apart in wash. Won't replace or allow me to return. Don't waste your money or time
Thieves and backstabbers
On February 8th 2024 without my consent they took most of my money out of my bank account and they weren't even supposed to do that until around the 3rd of the month so they got thieves and backstabbers working for them and their employees don't care about their customers' allergies cuz I've had the same clothes back that I was allergic to

Poor policies
I received gift cards *******@stitchfix & they made my account inactive because I dont keep my CC unlocked for yall to set up my account, As a courtesy if I have my card unlocked for this procedure for 24 hours yall can "verify" my card smh then yall not charging anything on my card unless I am buying something then they canceled my PAID order and I had to reach out to their customer service smh, your loss I know how to shop! I just thought this would be a nice service since I liked a lot of the items on their website, I hope I get my order that I had to submit twice, if not I didn't spend any money on it, but will spread this bad customer reaction, I cant even track my package "if" they process it smh Just poor service.
12/26/23, I am trying to get a tracking order for the items that I purchased with a gift card and they are still giving me a run around, at this point I just want what I ordered since they cant give me a refund sincfe it was a gift card, I called their customer service and they say they cant tell me anything since someone it working with me, but they are giving me the email run around! Smh just sad extremely dissatified with the total customer experice and that it rare with me, I try to give grace.
Terrible Customer Service
The worst customer service. Very rude & selfish company. I got charged for products I returned. Very disappointed
Loved Stitch Fix when you could make payments
I used to love it when you could make monthly payments- now they stopped that so I will no longer use them because of that. They are expensive but good quality clothes but personally can't afford over $200 for 4-5 pieces of clothing. I'm done
SCAM! Try to cancel is nearly impossible
Cancel option is removed from home page AND to chat loops to please login. The selection is sub par and almost always can be found on line cheaper. I cancelled in writing with a return. This was ignored. Shipment s keep coming and credit card still being charged
