Love this place! So friendly and helpful. We purchased a large lantern to put my mother's ur in. They added flowers to the top at the handle and moss around the bottom of the urn so that it would sit centered in the lantern. It was absolutely gorgeous ❣️

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Steve's Flowers and Gifts. I called mid-morning needing flowers for a visitation starting at 12:30. Not only did they design this very exceptional arrangement from my only instruction "pink", they got them there early. There hasn't been but one or two other funeral arrangements I have sent in the past I was happy with. Steve's knocked it out of the park!!!

I live in Thailand and have ordered flowers for my family and friends in the U.S. twice. Their service is absolutely amazing! At first, I was a little worried about the payment since I’m on the other side of the world, but everything went so smoothly. The process was easy, secure, and I never had any problems. Every delivery was right on time. I’m really happy with their service and will definitely order again!

I called about a specific color of rose and once they confirmed they had them, they held them for me asI was a far drive away from them. They had ecstatic what I wanted and ready to go when I got there. The service was great and quick.

I've ordered flowers on late on a Monday for a visitation and funeral held on Wednesday morning. The arrangement arrived on time and in great condition. It was very pretty (all white flowers featuring white roses) and the family remarked how pretty it was. Steve's Flowers always does wonderful work.

I called at 9am first thing in the morning to order flowers for my wife on our anniversary. It was fun while they were taking my credit card number to pay a hundred bucks for a tiny arrangement. What was worse is I had to call them at 4:00 pm and ask where the flowers were! I was then told they were busy with a funeral and that the flowers for the funeral takes precedence over me…wow ok. I said I wish you would have told me how you felt before I bought from you, that I would have taken my measly 100 dollar order elsewhere where it had at least some value. When the driver showed up I told him what had happened and he attributed the lack of service to prom and some other things..no mention of funerals. In the grand scheme of things, my wife liked the flowers and it’s not the end of the world, just the end of me EVER spending money with that mickeymouse operation again.

I would like to recant my original review. Even with the service that was provided to me I do appreciate Steve calling me to make things right. Shows real character and commitment to his customers. I do thank you for the call to make things right and would like to change my 1star review to a 5 star review due to the respect that he had for me to speak to me about the service that was provided to me. Again thank you Steve for that call. It was very unexpected and speaks volumes of the type of person you are.

If I could give a zero that would be best. I asked for blue flowers. They had purple in the arrangement. They did state they could send something to the home. It was to late to bring something to funeral home. Will not ever use them again.
