I know I'm not the only one who has experienced the frustration of finding out a document has expired after being pulled over. Who else has felt that stress of discovering you are driving around vulnerable, and the anxiety of whether or not you will lose your license or be beat up with skyrocketed points on your insurance beyond your budget? This time I hired Ellman Law firm to assist with the process and I am so glad that I did. Not only did they instruct me how to ensure my documents were up to date with the proper DMV prior to court, but they were also dilligent in sending reminders via email and phone of the upcoming court date. Mr. Ellman arrived at the court house and briefly negotiated with the prosecutor. I was then issued a fine equivalent to if I just forgot the document at home and, much to my satisfaction, was issued no points or anything that would be an ongoing consequence for my mistake. Mr. Ellman and his staff were timely, courteous and professional from my first contact through the hearings conclusion. They really made a process that had previously been a total headache and source of stress into a walk in the park for me. We were in-and-out of court and I was even able to return to work for the second half of the day. Mr. Ellman even instructed me how to get into a payment plan for the fine and in a couple short weeks it will be like it all never even happened! I couldn't be happier with both my experience dealing with the firm and the outcome. I will be highly recommending them to anyone I know to assist in traffic disputes!

I had a pretty great experience at this firm from Dona and Steven taking care of me on both my cases I was pretty scared of loosing my license because I drive to work and Steven fought my case like Tyson in the ring and drop my charges down to a reckless driving because I was in an accident so I was quite satisfied with the outcome and just getting ten hours community service.
