I booked three journeys in a 7 seaters for our wedding day having been let down by another local company. Stevenage Taxis safely transported my wife and our kids to the ceremony making the feel safe and comfortable, drove us all back to reception venue and finally collected us at the end of the night. Both the drivers were on time, polite, professional and patient. The booking process was simple and efficient with good communication both on the phone and email. Would happily book with them again.

They are very unreliable. I called and clearly told the number of passengers and luggage we had while booking the cab. After waiting for almost 15 mins at the station, in the middle of the night with elderly parents, the driver arrived and clearly denied taking us despite having a car big enough for all of us to fit in with the luggage. Ironically, he was the one who had picked us up few days back from our home to the very station. Very very unprofessional. Never going to book with them again.

OMG I used them for first time! NEVER AGAIN!! I rang the company gave them postcode for both pick up and drop offs and was quoted £9. Upon drop off the driver asked me almost £14. When I rang the company a lady picked up and with all honesty I have never been spoken to by any one! She threatened me I have to pay! When I asked can you check your system about £9 she abruptly said it doesn’t matter. The lady on the help desk needs to be trained on how to speak to customers above all learn basic communication skills. It’s awful! The management really needs to address this issue! Please avoid this company! It’s a shame I wanted to support local businesses but they put me off!!

Rang Stevenage Taxi's Saturday night for a taxi from Stevenage to Arlesey, 14miles. Zero traffic. It was after 11pm. I got charged £60 for the fare. I have spoken to the office who tell me that it is time & half after 11pm. I would say that drivers need to be very clear about this when passengers either book or get in their cars. Extortionate prices.

I used Stevenage taxis to pick me up from Heathrow airport. Albert is delightful, pleasant and professional. I was so pleased with his service that I particularly asked for him on my return journey a week later. I received an automated alert that the taxi was outside, right on time. I couldn’t recommend this guy more. So good to receive excellent customer service.

My receipt showed one price but I payed more. Additional fees were applied. For what I don't know. I.didnt have shopping, and he waited 2 mins. First time using stevenage taxis in a long time. And it will be the last time! Back to uber I go. And the drivers wonder why People use uber !!!

I booked a taxi for my 88 year old mother-in-law. We got the phone alert, didn't show, driver rang claiming he'd knocked and no answer. Rebooked, phone alert, no show. Weird as she was waiting by her gate. 45 minutes in the freezing cold before a rival firm picked her up. She was cold, tired and in pain. Disgusting service.

This service has some of the sweetest people. The waiting times are very dependent on the day and the weather conditions which is expected so they do a very good job where they can. Had a few problems with the call system that alerts you of the driver’s arrival for the pick up but that has started to improve. The drivers i’ve had booked with have always been lovely and had pleasant conversations with many of them. Definitely will continue booking with this taxi company.
